Sopa de cenoura
Ingredientes:
500 g de cenouras
250 ml de água
500 ml de caldo de carne (copo)
125 ml de natas
125 ml de vinho branco
Sal
Pimenta
50 g de manteiga fria
Cerefolho fresco
Fogão:
Aquecimento: Placa de aquecimento
Tempo de cozedura: Cenouras aprox. 20
minutos
Microondas:
Potência: 600 watts
Tempo de cozedura: Cenouras aprox.
10 minutos
Preparação:
Lave e descasque as cenouras.
Corte-as em pedaços bem pequenas de modo a
que passem bem no liquidificador.
Adicione 250 ml de água numa panela e
cozinhe as cenouras durante 20 minutos.
De seguida, bata tudo no liquidificador até que
não sobrem pedaços maiores. De seguida,
volte a deitar o puré de cenoura na panela.
Adicione agora o caldo de carne, natas e vinho
branco.
Aqueça a sopa e rectifique os temperos.
Envolva a manteiga em pedaços pequenos na
sopa e sirva-a com cerefolho.
Soufflé de caranguejo
Ingredientes:
40 g de manteiga
20 g de farinha
250 ml de leite
1 pitada de açúcar
150 g de queijo Gouda
200 g de miolo de caranguejo
4 gemas de ovo
4 claras de ovo
Manteiga para a forma
Fogão:
Altura: 2
Aquecimento: E: Resistência superior
e inferior a 200 °C
(pré-aquecido)
G: Nível 3
Tempo de cozedura: 25-30 minutos
Microondas:
Potência: 360 watts
Tempo de cozedura: 10-15 minutos
Preparação:
Aqueça a manteiga e a farinha e adicione, de
seguida, mexendo sempre, leite e açúcar.
Deixe ferver.
Rale o queijo na picadora com o disco para
ralar e envolva-o no molho.
Envolva agora o miolo de caranguejo.
Misture as gemas de ovo e envolva-a.
Bata as claras de ovo em castelo e envolva-as.
Unte agora uma forma rectangular ou pequenas
formas individuais e encha-as de massa.
Cozinhe os soufflés de imediato e sirva-os logo.
