Rejer i kokoskarry
100 g rød karrypasta
50 ml kokosmælk
400 g rejer (eller krabber/jomfruhummerhaler)
200 g søde ærter
2 peberfrugter
2 løg
2 fed hvidløg
Salt og peber
Alufolie
1) Bland karrypasta og kokosmælk.
2) Skyl rejer, slikærter og peberfrugt.
3) Pil løgene og hvidløgsfeddene.
4) Skær løg, hvidløgsfed og peberfrugt i små stykker.
5) Fordel rejer og grøntsager ensartet på 4 stykker alufolie. Alufolien skal have
en størrelse, der gør det muligt at pakke grøntsagerne ind til en lille pakke.
Hæld karry-/kokossovsen over og krydr med salt og peber.
6) Luk pakkerne godt til, så der ikke kan løbe væske ud.
7) Forvarm produktet til slutningen af varmetrinsinterval 2.
8) Læg de fyldte pakker på den forvarmede varmeplade, og tilbered det
hele i ca. 15 minutter på begge sider.
