Mex-Tex-Burger (4 pessoas)
900 g carne de vaca picada
6 colher de sopa de molho de barbecue
6 colher de sopa de cebola picada
3 colher de sopa de salsa fresca ou preparada
1/2 colher de chã de pó de chili
4 pães de hambúrguer
1. Carne de vaca, cebola, salsa, Misturar o pó de
chili e molho de barbecue numa Travessa gran-
de. Cortar a carne picada em quatro partes
iguais, com 2 cm de espessura.
2. Aqueça o aparelho (nível de aquecimento III - M).
3. Grelhar o hambúrguer durante 8 - 10 min. no
aparelho pré-aquecido na posição de contacto.
De seguida, servir o hambúrguer juntamente
com ingredientes e legumes à escolha no pão
de hamburger.
Rolinhos de peru com presunto
serrano (4 pessoas)
8 bifinhos pequenos de peru (cada 50 g)
Sal
Pimenta
2 colher de chã de mostarda
8 fatias finas de presunto serrano
8 damascos brancos secos
1 colher de sopa de azeite
8 palitos
1. Tornar os bifes mais tenros batendo; colocar sal
e pimenta. Untar um lado com mostarda. Cortar
as fatias de presunto ao meio Colocar o lado
untado com mostarda com presunto e os
damascos.
2. Aqueça o aparelho (nível de aquecimento M).
3. Enrolar os escalopes e prendê-los com os
espetos. Untar os rolinhos com óleo e grelhálhos
durante aprox. 6 min. no nível de aquecimento M.
Atum com rodelas de laranja
(4 pessoas)
4 bifes de atum fresco (cada 170 g)
1 laranja
1 colher de sopa de salsa picada
Sal
Pimenta
1. Descascar a laranja e coras em fatias de 5 mm.
2. Colocar os bifes de peru na grelha já aquecida
(nível de aquecimento III - M), polvilhar com a
salsa e temperar com sal e pimenta. Colocar as
rodelas de laranja por cima dos bifes de atum e
grelhar durante aprox. 6-8 min.
3. Remover as rodelas de laranja grelhadas e ser-
vir os bifes de atum.
