7. Læg først tomatskiverne i fladbrødet ef-
ter bagningen.

1 lille løg
•1 fed hvidløg
en smule olivenolie
2 dåser tomater (i stykker)
2 spiseskefulde tomatpuré
salt, peber, tørrede italienske urter
2 små auberginer
1 kugle mozzarella
50 g parmesan (frisk revet)
Tomatsauce
1. Løget og hvidløgsfedet hakkes fint og
sauteres i olivenolien.
2. Tilsæt dåsetomater og tomatpuré og
smag til med salt, peber og de italienske
urter.
3. Lad det hele koge let i ca. 1 time, først
med låg, senere uden låg.
Aubergineruller
4. Skær i mellemtiden auberginerne i lan-
ge tynde skiver og mozzarellaosten i
stifter.
5. Forvarm kontaktgrillen på trin 3.
6. Aubergineskiverne grilles i den let smur-
te kontaktgrill.
- Grillpladestilling: kontaktgrill
- Grilltid: ca. 3 - 4 minutter
7. Efter afkølingen vikles der en lille rulle
af en mozzarellastift og en aubergine-
skive.
Gratinering
8. Forvarm bageovnen til 175|°C.
9. Hæld tomatsaucen i et ildfast fad.
10.Fordel auberginerullerne på saucen og
strø den revne parmesan over.
11.Gratinér det i bageovnen i ca. 30 mi-
nutter, til osten er smeltet.
Rejespyd med citron-hvidløgs-
marinade
Kæmperejer (dybfrossen, ca. 450 g af-
dryppet vægt)
salt, peber
olivenolie
1 ubehandlet bio-citron
•4 hvidløgsfed
2 kviste citrontimian
•træspyd
Marinering
1. Lad rejerne tø op, skyl dem af under koldt
vand og lad dem dryppe af, krydre dem
med salt og peber.
2. Tilbered en marinade af olivenolie, små
citronstykker, hakket hvidløgsfed og ci-
trontimian i en beholder som kan lukkes
tæt til.
3. Læg kæmperejerne i marinaden og lad
dem marinere i ca. 12 timer i køleska-
bet.
Grilning
4. Tag kæmperejerne op af marinaden,
lad dem dryppe lidt af og sæt dem på
træspyddene. Rejerne efterkrydres efter
smag og behag.
5. Forvarm kontaktgrillen på trin 4.
6. Grill spyddene på den åbne kontaktgrill
fra alle sider.
