Friteerausaikataulukko
Taulukossa annetaan esimerkkejä siitä, mitkä elintarvikkeet on friteerattava missäkin lämpötilassa ja kuinka
pitkä friteerausaika siihen tarvitaan. Jos friteerattavan tuotteen pakkauksen ohjeet poikkeavat tästä tauluko-
sta, noudata pakkauksen ohjeita.
Ohje:
Astetiedoissa saattaa esiintyä vähäisiä lämpötilapoikkeamia. Ylemmässä taulukossa annetut arvot ovat suuntaa
antavia. Ne perustuvat n. 300 gramman suuruiseen määrään. Ajat saattavat vaihdella aina elintarvikkeiden
ominaisuuksien mukaan.
Varmista suuremmilla määrillä aina, että friteerattava tuote on kokonaan rasvan/öljyn peitossa, kun fritee-
rauskori 3 on laskettu alas.

Porsaankyljykset (leivitetyt) 150 °C 15 - 25 minuuttia
