Using the stones

Choose a quiet and warm room for the massage. Perhaps you may wish to

turn the light down a little and listen to relaxing music. The massage should be

conducted in a relaxed position.

You could apply a little massage oil to the body parts to be massaged.

Then the stones 2 3 will slide more easily over the skin.

1) Using the tongs 8, take the stones 2 3 from the warm-up pins 7. Carefully

touch the stones 2 3 to check their temperature. If their temperature appears

to be too high, or you are a heat-sensitive person, place a thin hand towel

between the stones 2 3 and the skin.

2) Lay the stones 2 3 on the larger parts of your body, for example the

back, chest or stomach. You can orientate on the following diagrammes

(Fig. /). If you need to, ask someone to help with the laying on of the

stones 2 3.

Relax and let the warmth of the stones 2 3 penetrate your muscles.
