Tips en trucs
Om vlees malser te maken, kunt u het eerst marineren. Als basis hiervoor zijn
bijvoorbeeld geschikt: zure room, rode wijn, azijn, karnemelk of vers papa-
ya- of ananassap. Voeg naar smaak kruiden en specerijen toe. Het vlees kan
het beste de hele nacht in de marinade trekken. Voeg geen zout toe, omdat
dat water aan het vlees onttrekt en het hard maakt. Doe het gemarineerde
vlees nu zorgvuldig uitgelekt in de multifunctionele halogeenoven.
Wanneer u twijfelt of het te garen product ook van binnen helemaal gaar is,
gebruikt u een in de winkel verkrijgbare vleesthermometer.
U kunt ook bevroren spijzen garen. Verhoog daartoe gewoon de garingstijd
op basis van het gewicht.
Bij het bakken van pizza verdient het aanbeveling om op het grillrooster r
bakpapier te leggen.
