SHMS 300 C2
Opskrifter
Fletbrød
500 g mel
60 g smør
60 g sukker
7 g salt
42 g gær (1 pakke frisk gær)
200 ml mælk
1 æg
1 æggeblomme
Eventuelt lidt perlesukker
1) Rør gæren ud i lidt lunken mælk med sukker.
2) Tilsæt alle ingredienser i røreskålen 8, når
gæren er opløst.
3) Ælt ingredienserne godt sammen med æltekro-
gene t.
4) Lad dejen hæve i ca. 20 minutter.
5) Form dejen til et fletbrød, og lad dejen hæve
i yderligere 30 minutter.
6) Pensl fletbrødet med lidt æggeblomme.
BEMÆRK
Hvis du vil, kan du strø lidt perlesukker på
fletbrødet.
7) Opvarm ovnen til 200 °C varmluft, og bag
fletbrødet i ca. 25 minutter, til det er gylden-
brunt.
Choko-/amaretto-creme
500 ml fløde
500 ml mascarpone
100 g nødde-/nougatcreme
5 spsk. amaretto
1-2 spsk. honning
1) Hæld fløden og mascarponen i røreskålen 8,
og bland det med piskerisene r.
2) Tilsæt derefter amaretto, honning og nødde-/
nougatcremen lidt efter lidt, og bland det hele
grundigt.
3) Hæld cremen i dessertglas og afkøl den, før
den spises.
Chokoladecreme
300 g fløde
200 g mørk chokolade
1) Kog fløden op.
2) Bræk chokoladen i små stykker og lad den
smelte i fløden.
3) Lad chokolademassen køle af i køleskabet,
så den bliver fast.
4) Når massen er blevet kold og fast, piskes den
til creme med piskerisene r.
Før servering drysses der et par mandelsplitter over.
BEMÆRK
Du kan også bruge chokoladecremen som
fyld til andet bagværk.
