Preparação:

1) Misture o molho de soja, as sementes de sésamo, o sumo de limão, o mel, o

QJNFOUÍPEPDFFNQØCFNDPNPPTBMFBQJNFOUBOVNBNBSJOBEB

2) Corte o salmão em cubos e misture com a marinada.

3) Remova, eventualmente, o agitador  do recipiente e deixe o salmão

marinado cozinhar a 200 °C, durante aprox. 5 minutos. Para tal, selecio-

ne o programa “Peixe” e adapte o tempo e a temperatura de forma

correspondente.

4) Decorrido metade do tempo, controle o processo de cozedura e, se neces-

sário, mexa um pouco os alimentos.

5) Sirva imediatamente.

Preparação:

1) Bata os ovos com as natas.

2) Corte as cebolinhas em anéis e o tomate em pedaços.

3) Misture a massa de ovo com os cubos presunto, os legumes e as ervas, e

tempere com sal e pimenta.

4) Selecione o programa “Manual 1” na fritadeira a ar quente e regule

para 150 °C e 8 - 10 minutos.
