Preparação:

1) Descasque as batatas-doces e corte-as em palitos com 1 x 1 cm de espes-

sura.

2) Toste as sementes de sésamo sem gordura a 170 °C, durante aprox. 10

minutos, até que comece a sentir o seu aroma. Para tal, selecione o progra-

ma “Manual 2” e adapte o tempo e a temperatura de forma correspon-

dente. De vez em quando mexa as sementes de sésamo com um utensílio

adequado.

3) Deixe as sementes de sésamo tostadas arrefecer um pouco e esmague-as

com o sal.

cozinhar a 220 °C, durante aprox. 20 - 25 min. Para tal, selecione o

programa “Batatas fritas, frescas” e adapte o tempo e a temperatura.

5) Envolva as batatas-doces na mistura de sésamo e sal e sirva-as imediata-

mente.

NOTA

► Para obter um resultado crocante, demolhe os palitos de batata-doce

durante 60 minutos antes de os cozinhar. Seque-as depois e salpique-as

uniformemente com amido.
