Cibuľovo-syrový slaný koláč s

2hrnčeky očistených hríbov

1polievková lyžica olivového oleja
3polievkové lyžice rozdrobeného syra
1 štipka soli
Príprava
Červenú cibuľu očistite a nakrájajte na 5mm
tenké plátky. Očistite hríby; nakrájajte na
5mm tenké plátky.
Opražte na panvici na olivovom oleji pri
strednom plameni cibuľu a hríby, kým
zmäknú. Odložte zo sporáka a položte na
suchú kuchynskú utierku, kým sa pripravené
jedlo ochladí.
Produkt predhrejte na 180 °C.
V miske vyšľahajte 3vajcia. Dôkladne a silne
vyšľahajte. Pridajte štipku soli.
Na vnútornú stranu dno formy na nákyp
nastriekajte olej v spreji.
Vajíčka prelejte do formy, potom pridajte
zmes cibule a húb a na koniec syr.
Vložte misku na pečenie do koša[4].
Pripravované jedlo varte v produkte 20minút.
Tip: 5až 8minút pred skončením varenia:
Dajte na koláč viac syra, ak chcete.
Slaný koláč je hotový, keď do stredu
zapichnete nôž a tento je po vytiahnutí čistý.

1 čajová lyžička horčice
3 čajová lyžička cukru
2 čajová lyžička čili v prášku
2 čajová lyžička olivového oleja
Korenie a soľ (podľa chuti)
Príprava
Produkt predhrejte na 200 °C.
V miske rozdrvte cesnak a premiešajte s
cukrom, olivovým olejom, práškovým čili a
horčicou.
Osoľte a okoreňte čiernym korením.
Kuracie stehná potrite marinádou. Nechajte
odstáť 20minút.
Kuracie stehná vložte do produktu. Varte
10minút.
Teplotu nastavte na 140°C. Varte ďalších
10minút.
Po ukončení varenia preložte kuracie stehná
na tanier.
Hmotnosť prísad: 400 g
