Ingredientes
250g harina para pan
1 huevo
25g azúcar
3g levadura
110g leche
10g nata
15g mantequilla
Preparación
Batir el huevo hasta que quede espumoso y
agregar la harina, el azúcar y la levadura.
Añadir la leche y la nata para la masa.
Amasar durante 15–20minutos.
Apartar durante aprox. 1hora (hasta que el
tamaño se haya duplicado).
Cortar la masa en 7trozos. Amasar durante
10–15minutos.
Colocar los 7trozos en la cesta[2]. Esperar
durante otros 30minutos.
Hornear durante 10minutos a 160 °C.
Fundir la mantequilla para untarla en el
panecillo. Hornear durante otros 2minutos.
zFilete de pescado
Ingredientes
300g filete de pescado
Sal y pimienta (a gusto)
1limón
2dientes de ajo
1cebolleta
20g mantequilla
Preparación
Salpimentar el pescado.
Cortar el limón por la mitad. Cortar en
rodajas una de las mitades del limón y
colocar debajo del filete de pescado.
Machacar 1diente de ajo, cortar en rodajas
la cebolleta y colocar ambos sobre el filete
de pescado.
Colocar el filete de pescado en la cesta[2].
Cocer durante 15minutos a 180 °C.
Fundir la mantequilla y añadir 1diente de
ajo.
Agregar la mantequilla de ajo en el filete de
pescado.
Exprimir sobre el filete de pescado la otra
mitad del limón.
