7. Hvad man bør vide
om friturestegning
Forberedelse af fødevaren
Alle fødevarer skal være så tørre som
muligt til friturestegningen. Tør fødeva-
rerne til friturestegning af, hhv. fjern is
fra frosne fødevarer.
Fjern så meget vand og is som muligt,
før du placerer fødevaren i varmluft-fritu-
regryden.
Vær ved panerede fødevarer opmærk-
som på, at paneringen sidder så fast
som muligt på fødevaren.
Friturestegetid og –temperatur
For at opnå et velsmagende og sundt re-
sultat bør du ved valg af temperaturen og
friturestegetiden holde dig meget nøje til
angivelserne på emballagen.
Frituresteg kun små mængder på én
gang.
•Friturekurven5 må ikke fyldes mere end
til markeringen MAX4.
Akrylamid er muligvis kræftfremkalden-
de. For at holde dannelsen af akrylamid
så lav som muligt bør du undgå en for
stærk bruning.
For at opnå en ensartet
bruning 1 2
1: Rystes eller vendes efter 1/3 og 2/3 af til-
beredningstiden.
2: Rystes eller vendes efter halvdelen af tilbe-
redningstiden.
Hvis det er vigtigt, at fødevaren brunes ens-
artet (f.eks. ved pomfritter eller kyllingenug-
gets), skal den rystes 1-2 gange under
friturestegningen.
1. Træk panden10 inkl. friturekurv5 ud
af huset1 via grebet9, og ryst ingredi-
enserne. Sørg for, at pomfritterne bliver
blandet godt, når du ryster dem, så de
inderste ufærdige pomfritter bevæger
sig ud til kanten. Apparatet slukkes auto-
matisk, når panden10 inkl. friture-
kurv5 tages ud.
2. Sæt panden10 inkl. friturekurv5 ind i
apparatet igen. Apparatet tændes auto-
matisk igen, indtil tilberedningstiden ud-
løber.
Bagning
Dej må under ingen omstændigheder
placeres direkte i friturekurven5. Placer de-
jen i en bageform eller i en anden varmebe-
standig form (f.eks. muffinforme) efter
forberedelsen. Placer derefter formen med
dejen i friturekurven5.
Emballageinformationer
Hvis du på frosne fødevares emballage ikke
finder nogen tilberedningstider for varmluft-
frituregryder, skal du rette dig efter tiderne
for varmluftsovne.
