Solomillo de cerdo con pimiento
Para 2 raciones
1 pimiento rojo o amarillo, en tiras finas
1 cebolla roja, en rodajas finas
2 cucharaditas de hierbas provenzales
Pimienta negra recién molida
Sal
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 solomillo de cerdo, 300 g
½ cucharada de mostaza
Molde para el horno redondo con aprox.
15 cm de diámetro
Mezclar las tiras de pimiento en el molde
con la cebolla, las hierbas provenzales y un
poco de sal y pimienta. Añadir ½ cuchara-
da de aceite de oliva a la mezcla.
Cortar el solomillo de cerdo en cuatro trozos y
untar con sal, pimienta y mostaza. Recubrir
los trozos con una fina capa de aceite de oliva
y colocarlos de canto en el molde sobre la
mezcla de pimiento.
Colocar el molde en la cesta de la freidora
y deslizar la sartén incluyendo la cesta de la
freidora en la freidora de aire caliente. Ele-
gir e iniciar el programa para filetes/chule-
tas. Cocer la carne y la verdura aprox.
15minutos. Dar la vuelta a la carne y remo-
ver el pimiento a la mitad del tiempo de coc-
ción. Resulta delicioso con puré de patatas
y ensalada fresca.
Panceta de cerdo marinada
4 - 5 tiras de panceta de cerdo (cortadas fi-
nas)
2 cucharadas de sal marina gruesa
1 cucharada de pimienta
1 cucharada de pimentón dulce
1 cucharadita de pimentón picante
1 cucharadita de curry
1 cucharadita de orégano seco
1 pizquita de tomillo seco
1 - 2 pizquitas de ajo en grano
1 - 2 pizquitas de copos de chile
1 cucharadita de concentrado de tomate
40 ml de aceite de oliva
60 ml de aceite de colza
Introducir todas las especias y el aceite en
un cuenco plano y mezclar. A continuación,
mezclar el concentrado de tomate con un
accesorio de varillas hasta que se forme un
marinado homogéneo. Introducir la panceta
de cerdo en el marinado y dejar reposar
60minutos como mínimo.
Sacar la panceta de cerdo del marinado, in-
troducir en la cesta de la freidora y asar con
el programa para panceta aprox. 10 minu-
tos.
