8.8 Resumen de los programas / tabla de cocción
La tabla siguiente ofrece consejos de ajuste básicos para los alimentos indicados.
Las indicaciones de temperaturas y tiempos de la tabla de cocción son valores orienta-
tivos. En función de las características, el tamaño y la cantidad de los alimentos, así
como de sus propias preferencias, la temperatura y el tiempo pueden varia.
Los números volados 1,2 significan:
1: Sacudir o girar pasados 1/3 y 2/3 del tiempo de cocción.
2: Sacudir o girar pasada la mitad del tiempo de cocción.
NOTA: la temperatura puede aumentarse o disminuirse en el rango ajustable en pasos de
C.
