Krevetové špízy
Na 2 porcie
5 drevených špajdlí
20 kreviet
1 strúčik cesnaku
½ feferónky
3 polievková lyžica olivového oleja
1½ polievkovej lyžice citrónovej šťavy
½ štipky soli
½ štipky korenia
Cesnak ošúpte a nadrobno narežte. Feferón-
ku umyte, zbavte jadierok, následne tiež
nadrobno nakrájajte. Cesnak a feferónku
jemne poduste v panvici s olejom. Teraz do
misy dajte olej, citrónovú šťavu, soľ a kore-
nie.
Krevety umyte a potom osušte kuchynskými
utierkami. Potom zoberte drevenú špajdľu a
nastrčte na ňu 4 krevety. Špízy položte do
misky a pokvapkajte olejovou marinádou.
Potom postavte asi na 2 hodiny do chladu.
V polovici času špízy otočte obráťte.
Špízy grilujte vo fritovacom koši asi 10 mi-
nút.
Špízy podávajte na tanieroch a ochuťte ich
kvapkou citrónovej šťavy.
Grilovaný losos
Na 4 porcie
500 g filé z lososa
4 polievkové lyžice sójovej omáčky
3 polievkové lyžice hnedého cukru
3 polievkové lyžice vody
3 polievkové lyžice rastlinného oleja
Citrónové korenie
Sušený mletý cesnak
Soľ
Lososové filé ochuťte citrónovým korením, su-
šeným mletým cesnakom a soľou.
V malej miske zmiešajte sójovú omáčku s
hnedým cukrom, vodou a rastlinným olejom,
kým sa cukor nerozpustí. Mäso dajte do
dobre uzatvárateľného plastového vrecka,
pridajte obsah misy, zatvorte a viackrát
otočte, aby bolo mäso všade pokryté mari-
nádou. Potom nechajte 2 hodiny marinovať
v chladničke.
Lososa vyberte z vrecka, položte do fritova-
cieho koša a s panvicou dajte do teplov-
dzušnej fritézy. Pripravujte s programom pre
ryby asi na 180 °C cca 15 minút.
K lososovi podávajte čerstvú bagetu alebo
ryžu.
