  • Hi. I got the vacuum IAN 321720 in January. Now it switches off after a few seconds. I’ve cleaned everything and fully charged it? What’s wrong with it? Thanks

    • Hi, we have exactly the same problem!
      Tried buying a new battery, you have to go to Germany for it, with price & delivery charge not worth it, may as well write it off!!
      Tried phoning Lidl customer services no answer after hanging on 45mins! Answered on 29-9-2020 at 13:20

    • Electronics in the battery fail sadly and the cleaner either stops working completely or runs for a few seconds and stops Answered on 13-11-2020 at 22:41
