Salade met fetakaas

Ingrediënten

1 komkommer ■

1 groene paprika ■

1 rode paprika ■

1 ui ■

200 g fetakaas ■

50 g olijven ■

4 EL olie ■

1 citroen ■

30 g verse kruiden naar smaak (bijv. basilicum) ■

Prepareer de komkommer, de paprika en de uien zodanig, dat deze in de 1)

vulschacht w passen. Haal de pitten en het witte v

el uit de paprik

Maak alles ﬁ jn met de ﬁ jne snijtrommel 2) 6 (I).

Snijd de tomaten en de fetakaas in kleine blokjes.3)

Meng alle ingrediënten en voeg de olijven toe.4)

Meng de olie met het citroensap en doe alles bij de salade.5)

Strooi de kruiden over de salade.6)
