5) Lägg blomkålen i en ugnsform (ca 14 cm i
diameter) och häll ett jämnt lager sås över den.
6) Strö över ost och mandelspån.
7) Ställ formen på bakplåten .
8) Gratinera ca 20 minuter i ca 200°C med över-
och undervärme på den understa falsen i den
förvärmda ugnen.
Smördegsknyten med laxfyllning
Ingredienser:
1 paket smördegsplattor (ca 8 stycken)
1 paket rökt, skivad lax (ca 200 g)
1 citron
1 lök
1 paket färskost (200 g)
färsk dill
salt och peppar
1 äggula
Tillagning:
1) Ta isär smördegsplattorna och låt dem ev. tina.
2) Blanda färskosten med salt, peppar och saften
från en citron.
3) Finhacka löken.
4) Tillsätt hälften av laxen och löken i färskost-
massan och grovmixa blandningen med en
stavmixer.
5) Skär upp resten av laxen i fina strimlor.
6) Tillsätt dill och laxstrimlor i färskostmassan och
blanda allt.
7) Lägg en matsked av blandningen på varje
smördegsplatta och vik ihop dem.
8) Pensla knytena med äggula.
9) Lägg smördegsknytena på bakplåten .
Lämna ett tillräckligt stort avstånd mellan
knytena, smördegen jäser upp i ugnen.
10) Grädda smördegsknytena på den undre falsen
i ca 220° C med över- och undervärme ca 25-
30 minuter. Smördegen ska bli lite brungräd-
dad.
OBSERVERA
Den angivna mängden räcker till flera plåtar .
