Geroosterde aardappelen
Ingrediënten:
300 g vastkokende aardappelen
1 el olie
1 teentje knoflook
zout
peper
zoete paprikapoeder
Bereiding:
Verwarm de bakoven 10 minuten lang voor op 200 °C boven- en onderwarmte.
Eerst dient u de aardappelen te wassen, schoon te maken, ongeschild in partjes te snijden en in
een kom te doen. Meng dan de kruiden en de knoflook door de olie, giet dit in de kom en roer de
aardappelen er goed doorheen.
Spreid de gekruide aardappelen uit op de met bakpapier beklede bakplaat (10) en bak ze in ca.
45-55 minuten in de hete bakoven op de middelste richel (2) totdat de aardappelen gaar zijn.
