Lasanha de salmão com espinafres
Ingredientes:
250 g de esparregado de espinafre (congelado)
125 g de filete de salmão (congelado)
4 placas de lasanha
100 g de crème fraîche
50 g de queijo ralado
Óleo para untar
Sal
Pimenta
Noz-moscada
Preparação:
Deite o esparregado de espinafre numa panela e deixe descongelar em lume baixo. Tempere com
sal, pimenta e noz-moscada. Deixe descongelar o salmão apenas um pouco e corte aos pedaços.
Unte uma forma quadrangular de cerca de 0,8 litros e cubra o fundo com placas de lasanha.
Depois espalhar a metade do salmão e do espinafre, cubra novamente com placas de lasanha e
por cima espalhe o resto dos espinafres e do salmão até a forma estar quase cheia. Coloque na
última camada uma placa de lasanha e por cima espalhe o crème fraîche. Polvilhe o queijo por
cima e leve ao forno durante cerca de 50 minutos na posição do meio (2). O forno tem de ser pré-
aquecido durante 10 minutos a 180 °C com calor superior e inferior.
Muffins de limão
Ingredientes para 6 muffins:
80 g de açúcar
1 c.s. de açúcar baunilhado
1 ovo (M)
50 ml de óleo de girassol
100 ml de leite
Sumo e casca de metade de um limão não tratado
160 g de farinha
2 c.c. de fermento
Uma pitada de sal
Preparação:
Pré-aqueça o forno durante 10 minutos a 200 °C com calor superior e inferior. Misture o açúcar e
o açúcar baunilhado com o óleo e bata juntamente com o ovo até ficar em espuma. Adicione o
leite, o sumo e a casca de limão e misture novamente. Junte a farinha, o fermento e o sal e misture
bem aos outros ingredientes. Encha 6 formas de muffin até 2/3 com massa e deixar cozer durante
cerca de 25 minutos com o tabuleiro (10) na posição do meio (2). Deixe arrefecer numa grelha.
