Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieses Produktes. Sie enthält wichtige
Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der
Benutzung des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut.
Benutzen Sie dieses Produkt nur wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen

Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für das Einschweißen und Vakuumieren von
Lebensmitteln in haushaltsüblichen Mengen und nur im privaten Hausgebrauch
vorgesehen. Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen oder industriellen Einsatz
und nicht für den Dauereinsatz bestimmt.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungs-
gemäß. Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer
Verwendung sind ausgeschlossen. Das Risiko trägt allein der Benutzer.

Lieferumfang und Transportinspektion
Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert:
▯ Vakuumierer
▯ 1 x Schlauchfolie
▯ 1x Ersatzdichtungsring

HINWEIS
► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare Schäden.
► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter
Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline
(siehe Kapitel Service).
Auspacken
♦ Entnehmen Sie das Gerät, die Schlauchfolie und die Bedienungsanleitung
aus dem Karton.
♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
♦ Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Bedienfeld.
GEFAHR
► Verpackungsmaterialien dürfen nicht zum Spielen von Kindern verwendet
werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmate-
rialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunk-
ten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungs-
materialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.
HINWEIS
► Heben Sie, wenn möglich, die Originalverpackung während der Garantiezeit
des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im Garantiefall ordnungsgemäß verpacken
zu können.

Sicherheitshinweise
GEFAHR EINES ELEKTRISCHEN SCHLAGES!
■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf
äußere, sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes
Gerät nicht in Betrieb.
■ Bei Beschädigung des Netzkabels lassen Sie dieses von
autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice aus-
tauschen, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■ Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals mit einem fehlerhaften
Netzkabel.
■ Benutzen Sie keine Verlängerungskabel oder Steckdosen-
leisten, die nicht den erforderlichen Sicherheitsbestimmun-
gen entsprechen.
■ Öffnen Sie niemals das Gehäuse des Gerätes!
■ Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie
mit der Reinigung beginnen.
■ Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtig-
keit in das Gerät eindringt.
VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten
Fachbetrieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen.
Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können Verletzungs-
gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen oder das Gerät wird
beschädigt. Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das
Netzkabel im Notfall leicht abgezogen werden kann.

■ Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern
ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
■ Das Gerät und seine Anschlussleitung sind von Kindern
jünger als 8 Jahren fernzuhalten.
■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber
sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensori-
schen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfah-
rung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt
oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefah-
ren verstehen.
■ Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen!
■ Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen,
dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■ Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn es
betriebsbereit ist. Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch oder bei
Arbeitsunterbrechungen stets den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose, um versehentliches Einschalten zu vermeiden.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!
■ Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder ein separa-
tes Fernwirksystem, um das Gerät zu betreiben.

Aufstellen und Anschließen
Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort
folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
■ Bei Aufstellung des Gerätes das Gerät auf eine feste, flache und
waagerechte Unterlage stellen.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten
Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material.
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das Netzkabel notfalls
leicht abgezogen werden kann.
Elektrischer Anschluss
ACHTUNG
► Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes die Anschlussdaten
(Spannung und Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit denen Ihres Elektronetzes.
Diese Daten müssen übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden am Gerät auftreten.
► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Netzkabel des Gerätes unbeschädigt ist
und nicht über heiße Flächen und/oder scharfe Kanten verlegt wird.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht straff gespannt oder geknickt
wird.
► Lassen Sie das Netzkabel nicht über Ecken hängen (Stolperdrahteffekt).
♦ Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.

Schlauchfolie verschweißen
HINWEISE ZUR FOLIE
► Die Folie darf maximal 28 cm breit sein. Ansonsten kann sie nicht korrekt
verschweißt werden.
► Benutzen Sie für dieses Gerät nur Folien, die auf einer Seite eine Struktur
haben (Punkte oder Rillen) und eine Stärke von ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 -
290 μ) und aus Nylon-PE hergestellt sind. Ansonsten wird die Schweißnaht
nicht dicht und das Gerät kann beschädigt werden. Sie erkennen Folien
dieser Art an den Angaben auf der Verpackung. Je nach Art und Stärke
der Folie variiert die Qualität der Schweißnaht.
► Die mitgelieferte Folie ist für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und +100 °C
geeignet.
1) Schneiden Sie die gewünschte Länge für Ihren Beutel von der Schlauchfolie
mit einer Schere möglichst gerade ab.
2) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel , indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen
drücken und den Gerätedeckel nach oben hin öffnen.
3) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die
Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb des unteren Dichtungsringes befin-
det. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen stoßen
und muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen liegen. Wenn der Beutel
über einer oder beiden Begrenzungen liegt, kann der Beutel nicht korrekt
verschweißt werden:

HINWEIS
► Die Beutelöffnung muss glatt auf den Schweißdrähten liegen. Ansonsten
funktioniert das Verschweißen nicht richtig.
4) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel . Die Anpressdichtung presst den Beu-
tel auf die Schweißdrähte , so dass eine glatte Naht entsteht. Achten Sie
dabei darauf, dass beide Ecken des Gerätedeckels einrasten. Drücken
Sie diese gegebenenfalls noch einmal an den Markierungen und
herunter, so dass der Gerätedeckel einrastet und verriegelt ist.
5) Drücken Sie die Taste 3. Die rote Kontrollleuchte - leuchtet. Sobald der
Versiegelungsvorgang abgeschlossen ist, erlischt die rote Kontrollleuchte -.
HINWEIS
► Sie können den Versiegelungsvorgang jederzeit abbrechen, indem Sie die
Taste ! drücken. Die rote Kontrollleuchte erlischt -.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
Wenn die rote Kontrollleuchte - nach spätestens 10 Sekunden
nicht erlischt, liegt ein Defekt des Gerätes vor!
► Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Versuchen Sie
nicht, das Gerät selber zu reparieren. Wenden Sie sich an den Kunden-
dienst.
6) Öffnen Sie den Gerätedeckel , indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen
drücken und den Gerätedeckel nach oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den
Beutel. Dieser ist nun an einem Ende verschweißt.
HINWEIS
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schweißnaht ordnungsgemäß ist. Eine korrekte
Schweißnaht soll ein glatter, gerader Streifen ohne Falten sein.
7) Befüllen Sie den Beutel. Sie müssen mindestens 6 cm Beutel bis zur
verschweißenden Kante frei lassen.
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
► Befüllen Sie den Beutel so, dass auf keinen Fall Lebensmittelreste oder
Flüssigkeiten beim Verschweißen herauslaufen und in das Gerät gelangen
können.
8) Wenn Sie den Beutel nicht vakuumieren wollen, verschweißen Sie nun die
andere, offene Seite.

HINWEIS
► Warten Sie 15 Sekunden, bevor Sie den nächsten Beutel verschweißen,
damit das Gerät abkühlen kann.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie die Funktion „Verschweißen“
nicht starten.
Schlauchfolie vakuumieren
Sie können beim Verschweißen auch die Luft aus dem Beutel saugen (vakuumieren):
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN
► Vakuumieren Sie keine Beutel, in denen sich Flüssigkeiten befinden. Diese
gelangen dann in das Gerät und beschädigen dieses.
1) Legen Sie das offene Ende des Beutels so weit in das Gerät, dass sich die
Öffnung des Beutels mittig innerhalb des unteren Dichtungsringes befin-
det. Der Beutel darf maximal bis an die hinteren Begrenzungen stoßen
und muss zwischen den vorderen Begrenzungen liegen. Ansonsten
funktioniert das Absaugen und Verschweißen nicht:
2) Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel . Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass beide
Ecken des Gerätedeckels einrasten. Drücken Sie diese gegebenenfalls
noch einmal an den Markierungen und herunter, so dass der Gerä-
tedeckel einrastet und verriegelt ist.

HINWEIS
► Achten Sie darauf, dass der obere und der untere Dichtungsring
nicht beschädigt sind! Ansonsten kann das Gerät die Luft nicht aus dem
Beutel saugen.
► Sollte einer der Dichtungsringe / beschädigt sein, ziehen Sie diesen
einfach aus der Vertiefung heraus und drücken Sie die Ersatzdichtung in
die Vertiefung rein.
3) Drücken Sie die Taste .. Die grüne Kontrollleuchte 0 leuchtet und
das Gerät zieht die Luft aus dem Beutel. Sobald die Luft abgesaugt wurde,
erlischt die grüne Kontrollleuchte 0 und die rote Kontrollleuchte - leuchtet
auf. Das Gerät versiegelt nun den Beutel.
4) Wenn beide Kontrollleuchten -/0 erloschen sind, können Sie den Deckel
öffnen, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen drücken und den Gerä-
tedeckel nach oben hin öffnen. Entnehmen Sie den vakuumierten und
versiegelten Beutel.
HINWEIS
► Sie können den Vakuumiervorgang jederzeit unterbrechen, indem Sie die
Taste ! drücken. Die grüne Kontrollleuchte erlischt 0 dann. Drücken
Sie die Taste . erneut, wird der Vakuummiervorgang fortgesetzt.
Hat das Gerät schon in den Versiegelungsvorgang gewechselt und die rote
Kontrollleuchte - leuchtet, kann der Vorgang mit der Taste ! abge-
brochen werden. Das Gerät stoppt den Versiegelungsvorgang.
► Wenn Sie 5 Beutel hintereinander vakuumiert und verschweißt haben,
lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 1 Minute abkühlen.
Während dieser Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät nicht starten. Nach
der Abkühlphase können Sie das Gerät normal weiter verwenden.
TIPP - „SOUS-VIDE-GAREN“
► Da die mitgelieferte Folie für Temperaturen zwischen -20 °C und
+100 °C geeignet ist, können Sie diese zum sogenannten „Sous-vide-
Garen“ (Vakuumgaren) nutzen.
„Sous-vide“ ist französisch und bedeutet „unter Vakuum“.
Beim Vakuumgaren wird das Gargut (hauptsächlich Fisch oder Fleisch, je-
doch ist auch Gemüse möglich) in einem Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt und
dann darin bei Niedrigtemperatur (ca. 50 bis 90 °C) im Wasserbad oder
unter Dampf gegart. Das hat den Vorteil, dass flüchtige Geschmacksstoffe
oder Aromen während des Garens nicht austreten können. Das Gargut
trocknet nicht aus und Vitamine und Aromen werden geschont. Kräuter
oder Gewürze, die mit in den Vakuumbeutel eingeschweißt werden, geben
ihren Geschmack intensiver an das Gargut ab.

Reinigung
GEFAHR
Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
► Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung
beginnen.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät
eindringt.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da
diese die Gehäuseoberfläche angreifen können.
► Verwenden Sie keine harten oder scharfen Gegenstände, um eventuelle
Klebereste von den Schweißdrähten zu entfernen. Andernfalls können
die Schweißdrähte oder die Isolierung beschädigt werden.
Gerät reinigen
♦ Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberfläche mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und
einem milden Spülmittel.
♦ Wischen Sie den oberen und den unteren Dichtungsring , sowie die
Anpressdichtung mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das
Gerät wieder trocken ist, bevor Sie es erneut verwenden.

Aufbewahrung
Das Gerät hat eine integrierte Kabelaufwicklung an der Gehäuseunterseite,
auf die Sie das Netzkabel bei Nichtgebrauch aufwickeln können. Dadurch ver-
meiden Sie, dass das Netzkabel eingeklemmt, verschmutzt oder durch das lose
Herabhängen zur Gefahrenquelle wird.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
► Lassen Sie, während Sie das Gerät lagern, nicht den Gerätedeckel
einrasten! Wenn der Gerätedeckel eingerastet ist, wird andauernder
Druck auf den oberen und unteren Dichtungsring , sowie auf die
Anpressdichtung , ausgeübt. Diese können dadurch in Ihrer Funktion
beeinträchtigt werden.
♦ Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort ohne direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.
Entsorgung
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmüll.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschrif-
ten. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.

Garantie der Kompernaß Handels GmbH
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von
Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetz-
liche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden
dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original–
Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Material-
oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass
innerhalb der Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon)
vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und
wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts
beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang

Package contents and transport inspection
The appliance is supplied with the following components as standard:

► If the consignment is incomplete or damaged due to defective packaging

Unpacking
♦ Remove the appliance, the tube film and the operating instructions from the
carton.
♦ Remove all packaging material.
♦ Remove the protective film from the control panel.
DANGER
► Packaging materials should not be used as a plaything. Risk of suffocation.
Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the appliance from damage during carriage.
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness
and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the materials cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials
that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
NOTE
► If possible, keep the original packaging during the warranty period so that
the device can be properly packed for returning in the event of a warranty
claim.

Safety guidelines
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
■ Prior to use, check the device for visible external damage.
Never operate an appliance that is damaged.
■ To avoid risks, arrange for a defective power cable to
be replaced by qualified technicians or by our Customer
Service Department.
■ NEVER use the appliance with a defective power cable.
■ Do not use extension cables or power socket strips that do
not meet the required safety standards.
■ Never open the appliance housing!
■ Remove the plug from the mains power socket before be-
ginning to clean the device.
■ Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during
cleaning.
RISK OF INJURY!
■ All repairs must be carried out by authorised special-
ist companies or by the Customer Service department.
Improper repairs may result in a risk of injury to the user
or damage to the appliance. They will also invalidate any
warranty claim.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that
the power cable can be easily disconnected in the event
of an emergency.

■ Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be carried
out by children unless they are supervised.
■ The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept
away from children younger than 8 years old.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years
and above and by persons with limited physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowl-
edge, provided that they are under supervision or have
been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware
of the potential risks.
■ Children must not play with the appliance!
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
■ Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is ready
for use. To prevent it being switched on accidentally, al-
ways unplug the appliance after use or during breaks.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
■ Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote
control system to operate the appliance.

Setting up and connecting
Set-up location requirements
For safe and trouble-free operation of the device , the set-up location must fulfil
the following requirements:
■ When setting it up, place the appliance on a firm, flat and horizontal
surface.
■ Do not place the device in a hot, wet or extremely damp environment or in
the vicinity of flammable materials.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that the power cable
can be easily disconnected in the event of an emergency.
Electrical connection
CAUTION
► Before you connect the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage
and frequency) on the data plate with that of your mains power network.
These data must agree so that no damage is sustained by the device.
► Ensure that the power cable is undamaged and is not routed over hot
surfaces and/or sharp edges.
► Ensure that the power cable is not taut or kinked.
► Do not let the power cable hang over edges (trip wire effect).
♦ Insert the plug into the mains mains power socket.

Welding a tube film
NOTES ON THE FILM
► The film width may not exceed 28 cm. Otherwise it cannot be welded
correctly.
► Use only nylon-PE films with a structure (points or grooves) on one side and
that have a structure (points or grooves) on one side and a thickness of
approximately 0.17 - 0.29 mm (170 - 290 μ).
Otherwise the weld seam will not be tight and the appliance may be da-
maged. You can recognise films of this type from the information on the
packaging. The quality of the weld seam will vary depending on the type
and thickness of the film.
► The supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and +100°C.
1) Cut the desired length for your bag from the tube film using a pair of scissors.
Cut as straight as possible.
2) Open the appliance lid by pressing the lid release and opening the
lid upwards.
3) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of
the bag is located centrally under the lower sealing ring . The bag should
be inserted no further than the rear limiters and must lie between the front
limiters . If the bag lies over one or both of the two limiters , then the
bag cannot be correctly welded.

NOTE
► The bag opening must lie flat on the welding wire . Otherwise the weld-
ing does not work properly.
4) Close the appliance lid . The press seal presses the bag onto the welding
wire , to create a smooth seam. Ensure that both corners of the appliance
lid click closed. If necessary, press them down once again on the markings
and so that the appliance lid clicks into place and locks shut.
5) Press the button 3. The red control lamp - lights up. As soon as the
sealing process is finished, the red control lamp - goes off.
NOTE
► You can halt the sealing process at any time by pressing the button !.
The red control lamp - goes out.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
If the red control lamp - does not go out after a maximum of
10 seconds, there is a fault with the appliance.
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket immediately. Do not attempt
to repair the appliance yourself. Contact the Customer Service department.
6) Open the appliance lid by pressing the lid release and flipping the lid
upwards. Remove the bag. This is now sealed at one end.
NOTE
► Ensure that the weld seam is properly closed. A correct weld seam should
be a smooth, straight stripe without any creases.
7) Fill the bag. You must leave at least 6 cm of the bag free up to the edge to
be welded.
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Fill the bag so that no food scraps or liquids can leak out during welding
and get into the appliance.
8) If you do not want to vacuum the bag, you can now weld the other, open side.
NOTE
► Wait 15 seconds before sealing the next bag to allow the appliance to
cool down.
During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the “seal” function.

Vacuuming the tube film
You can also suck the air out of the bag (vacuum) during welding:
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not evacuate bags that contain liquids. These will get into the appliance
and damage it.
1) Lay the open end of the bag as far into the appliance so that the opening of
the bag is located centrally under the lower sealing ring . The bag should
be inserted no further than the rear limiters and must lie between the front
limiters . Otherwise the vacuuming and welding will not function correctly:
2) Close the appliance lid . Ensure that both corners of the appliance lid
click closed. If necessary, press them down once again on the markings
and so that the appliance lid clicks into place and locks shut.
NOTE
► Ensure that the upper and the lower sealing rings are not damaged!
Otherwise the device cannot suck the air out of the bag.
► If either one of the sealing rings / is damaged, simply pull it out of the
groove and press the replacement sealing ring into the groove.

3) Press the button .. The green control lamp 0 lights up and the appliance
sucks the air out of the bag. As soon as all the air is sucked out, the green
control lamp 0 goes out and the red control lamp - lights up. The appliance
now seals the bag.
4) If both control lamps -/0 have gone out, you can open the lid by pressing
the lid catch and flipping the lid upwards. Remove the vacuum-sealed
bag.
NOTE
► You can halt the air extraction process at any time by pressing the button !.
The green control lamp 0 will then go off. Press the button . again to
resume the extraction process.
If the appliance has already switched to the sealing process and the red
control lamp - is lit, the process can be stopped with the button !.
The appliance then stops the sealing process.
► Once you have sealed 5 bags in a row, allow the appliance to cool down
for about 1 minute.
During this cool-down phase, you cannot start the appliance. After the
cool-down phase, you can use the appliance as normal.
TIP – "SOUS-VIDE COOKING"
► As the supplied film is suitable for temperatures between -20°C and
+100°C, it can be used for the so-called "sous-vide" cooking process
(vacuum cooking).
"Sous-vide" is French and means "under vacuum".
In vacuum cooking, the food (usually fish or meat, but vegetables can
also be used) is vacuum-sealed in a bag and then cooked in water or steam
cooked at a relatively low temperature (50 to 90 C). The advantage of this is
that volatile flavours or aroma are not lost during cooking. The food does not
dry out and the vitamins and flavours are preserved. Herbs or spices that are
vacuum-sealed in the bag with the food give off a more intense flavour.

Cleaning
DANGER
Risk of fatal injury from electrocution!
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket before beginning to clean
the device.
► Ensure that no moisture can penetrate the device during cleaning.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as these may corrode
the surface of the casing.
► Do not use any hard or sharp objects to remove any adhesive from the
welding wire . Otherwise the welding wire or the insulation could
be damaged.
Cleaning the appliance
♦ Clean the surface of the housing of the appliance with a lightly moistened
cloth and a mild detergent.
♦ Wipe off the upper and the lower sealing rings , as well as the press
seal with a damp cloth. Ensure that the appliance is dry before using it
again.
Storage
The appliance has a built-in cable retainer on the underside of the housing,
on which you can wrap the power cable when it is not in use. This prevents the
power cable from getting caught or soiled, or becoming a source of danger by
hanging loosely down.
CAUTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
► Do not click the appliance lid closed for storage! When the appliance
lid is clicked closed it exerts permanent pressure on the upper and
lower sealing rings , as well as the press seal . This can negatively
affect their function.
♦ Store the appliance in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Disposal
Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance
with the normal household waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company or your
municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe applicable regulations. In
case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product
has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights
are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep
your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of
purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase
of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion.
This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance
and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault
and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or
replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the begin-
ning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty.
This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects
present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking.
Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines
and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not
extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as
switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used
or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product
regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions
that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against
must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 12345) available
as proof of purchase.
■ You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front
page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of
the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department
listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address
that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase
(till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

Déballer l'appareil
♦ Retirez l'appareil, le film tubulaire et le mode d'emploi du carton.
♦ Retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage.
♦ Enlevez la feuille de protection du champ de commande.

► Les matériaux d'emballage ne doivent pas servir de jouet aux enfants.
Il y a risque d'étouffement.
Élimination de l'emballage
L'emballage protège l'appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du transport.
Les matériaux d'emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de respect
de l'environnement et de recyclage permettant une élimination écologique de
ceux-ci.
Le recyclage de l'emballage en filière de revalorisation permet d'économiser des
matières premières et de réduire le volume de déchets. Veuillez éliminer les maté-
riaux d'emballage qui ne servent plus en respectant la réglementation locale.
REMARQUE
► Dans la mesure du possible, conservez l'emballage d'origine pendant la
période sous garantie pour pouvoir emballer et expédier l'appareil en

Installation et raccordement
Exigences requises sur le lieu d'installation
Pour assurer un fonctionnement fiable et sans défaillances de l'appareil, le lieu
d'installation doit répondre aux conditions suivantes:
■ Lors de l'installation de l'appareil, installer l'appareil sur un support solide,
plat et horizontal.
■ N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans un environnement chaud, humide ou très
humide ou à proximité de matériaux inflammables.
■ La prise doit être facilement accessible, afin que le câble d'alimentation
puisse être facilement retiré en cas d'urgence.
Raccordement électrique
ATTENTION
► Avant de procéder au raccordement de l'appareil, comparez les données
de raccordement (tension et fréquence) de la plaque signalétique avec
celles de votre réseau électrique. Ces données doivent correspondre afin
de ne pas endommager l'appareil.
► Assurez-vous que le câble d'alimentation de l'appareil n'est pas endommagé
et qu'il n'est pas posé sur des surfaces chaudes et/ou des arêtes aiguës.
► Veillez à ce que le cordon d'alimentation ne soit pas trop tendu ou plié.
► Ne laissez pas pendre le câble d'alimentation sur les coins (risque de
trébucher).
♦ Branchez ensuite la fiche secteur dans la prise.

Sceller le film tubulaire
REMARQUES RELATIVES AU FILM
► Le film doit faire au max. 28 cm de large. Sinon il ne peut pas être correcte-
ment scellé.
► Utilisez uniquement pour cet appareil des films présentant une structure
d'un côté (points ou rainures) et une épaisseur d'env. 0,17 - 0,29 mm
(170 - 290 μ) fabriqués en PE nylon. Sinon la bande de scellage ne sera
pas étanche et l'appareil risque d'être endommagé. Vous reconnaissez les
films de ce type aux indications données sur l'emballage. La qualité de la
bande de scellage varie en fonction du type et de l'épaisseur du film.
► Le film livré est adapté à des températures comprises entre -20 °C et +100°C.
1) Découpez la longueur souhaitée pour votre sachet le plus droit possible
dans le film tubulaire à l'aide de ciseaux.
2) Ouvrez le couvercle de l'appareil , en appuyant sur les verrouillages du
couvercle et en ouvrant le couvercle de l'appareil entièrement vers le
haut.
3) Placez l'extrémité ouverte du sachet dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture
du sachet se trouve au centre à l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité inférieur .
Le sachet doit toucher au maximum les limites arrière et doit se situer entre
les limites avant . Lorsque le sachet se situe au-dessus d'une ou des deux
limites , il risque alors de ne pas être correctement scellé :

REMARQUE
► L'ouverture du sachet doit être placée à plat sur la bande de scellage .
Sinon le scellage ne fonctionne pas correctement.
4) Fermez le couvercle de l'appareil . Le joint de scellage appuie le sachet
sur la bande de scellage , de manière à ce qu'un scellage lisse soit créé.
Veillez à ce que les deux coins du couvercle de l'appareil s'enclenchent.
Appuyez-les si nécessaire une fois de plus sur les repères et de
manière à ce que le couvercle de l'appareil s'enclenche et soit verrouillé.
5) Appuyez sur la touche 3. Le voyant de contrôle rouge - s'allume. Une
fois l'opération de scellage terminée, le voyant de contrôle rouge - s'éteint.
REMARQUE
► Vous pouvez interrompre l'opération de scellage à tout moment en
appuyant sur la touche !. Le voyant de contrôle rouge - s'éteint.
ATTENTION - RISQUE DE DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
Si le voyant de contrôle rouge - ne s'éteint pas au bout de
10 secondes au plus tard, c'est que l'appareil est défectueux !
► Débranchez immédiatement la fiche secteur de la prise de courant.
N'essayez pas de réparer l'appareil vous-même. Adressez-vous au service
clientèle.
6) Ouvrez le couvercle de l’appareil , en appuyant sur les verrouillages du
couvercle et en ouvrant le couvercle de l’appareil entièrement vers le
haut. Retirez le sachet. Celui-ci est maintenant soudé à une extrémité.
REMARQUE
► Assurez-vous que le scellage est correct. Un scellage correct doit se présenter
sous la forme d'une bande droite lisse sans aucun pli.
7) Remplissez le sachet. Vous devez laisser au moins 6 cm du sachet libre
jusqu'au bord à sceller.
ATTENTION - RISQUE DE DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
► Remplissez le sachet de manière à ce qu'aucun reste alimentaire ou liquide
ne coule lors du scellage, risquant de pénétrer dans l'appareil.
8) Si vous ne souhaitez pas mettre le sachet sous vide, scellez alors l'autre côté
ouvert.
REMARQUE
► Patientez 15 secondes avant de sceller le sachet suivant, pour que l’appa-
reil puisse refroidir.
Durant cette phase de refroidissement, vous ne pouvez pas démarrer la
fonction «Soudage».

Mettre le film tubulaire sous vide
Lors du scellage, vous pouvez également aspirer l'air du sachet (mise sous vide) :

► Ne mettez pas sous vide des sachets contenant des liquides. Ceux-ci péné-
treraient dans l'appareil et l'endommageraient.
1) Placez l'extrémité ouverte du sachet dans l'appareil jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture
du sachet se trouve au centre à l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité inférieur .
Le sachet doit toucher au maximum les limites arrière et doit se situer entre les
limites avant . Sinon l'aspiration de l'air et le scellage ne fonctionnent pas :
2) fermez le couvercle de l'appareil . Veillez à ce que les deux coins du
couvercle de l'appareil s'enclenchent. Appuyez-les si nécessaire une
fois de plus sur les repères et de manière à ce que le couvercle de
l'appareil s'enclenche et soit verrouillé.
REMARQUE
► Veillez à ce que le joint d'étanchéité supérieur et le joint d'étanchéité
inférieur ne soient pas endommagés ! Sinon l'appareil ne peut plus
aspirer l'air du sachet.
► Si l’un des joints d’étanchéité / est endommagé, retirez-le tout simple-
ment de l’évidement et poussez le joint d’étanchéité de rechange dans
l’évidement.

3) Appuyez sur la touche .. Le voyant de contrôle vert 0 s’allume et
l’appareil aspire l’air du sachet. Une fois l’air aspiré, le voyant de contrôle
vert 0 s’éteint et le voyant de contrôle rouge -s’allume. L’appareil scelle
maintenant le sachet.
4) Lorsque les deux témoins lumineux -/0 sont éteints, vous pouvez ouvrir le
couvercle en appuyant sur les verrouillages du couvercle et en ouvrant
le couvercle de l’appareil entièrement vers le haut. Retirez le sachet sous
vide et soudé.
REMARQUE
► Vous pouvez interrompre l'opération de mise sous vide à tout moment en
appuyant sur la touche !. Le voyant de contrôle vert 0 s'éteint alors.
Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche . pour poursuivre l'opération de
mise sous vide.
Si l' appareil est déjà passé en mode scellage et le voyant de contrôle rouge
- s' allume, l' opération peut être interrompue avec la touche !.
L'appareil stoppe l'opération de scellage.
► Une fois 5 sachets mis sous vide et scellés à la suite, laissez l’appareil
refroidir pendant 1 minute environ.
Durant cette phase de refroidissement, vous ne pouvez pas démarrer
l’appareil. Après cette phase de refroidissement, vous pouvez continuer
à utiliser normalement l’appareil.
CONSEIL - "CUISSON SOUS VIDE"
► Le film livré étant adapté à des températures comprises entre -20°C et
+100°C, vous pouvez l'utiliser pour ce que l'on appelle la "cuisson sous-vide".
Lors de la cuisson sous vide, les aliments (principalement du poisson ou
de la viande, cependant les légumes sont également possibles), sont scellés
dans un sachet sous vide puis cuits à basse température (env. 50 à 90°C)
au bain-Marie ou à la vapeur. Ceci présente l'avantage que les arômes
volatiles ne peuvent pas s'échapper lors de la cuisson. Les aliments ne
dessèchent pas et les vitamines et arômes sont préservés. Les herbes
aromatiques ou épices qui sont scellés dans le sachet sous vide donnent
un goût plus intense aux aliments.

Nettoyage
DANGER
Danger de mort par électrocution!
► Retirez la fiche secteur de la prise, avant d'entreprendre le nettoyage.
► Veillez à ce qu'aucun liquide ne pénètre dans l'appareil pendant le
nettoyage.
ATTENTION
Endommagement potentiel de l'appareil.
► N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, car ils peuvent
agresser la surface du boîtier.
► N'utilisez pas d'objets durs ou coupants pour éliminer d'éventuels restes
de colle de la bande de scellage . Sinon la bande de scellage ou
l'isolation risque d'être endommagée.
Nettoyage de l'appareil
♦ Nettoyez la surface du boîtier avec un chiffon légèrement humide et un
détergent doux.
♦ Essuyez le joint d'étanchéité supérieur et le joint d'étanchéité inférieur ,
ainsi que le joint de scellage à l'aide d'un chiffon humide. Veillez à ce
que l'appareil soit entièrement sec avant de le réutiliser.
Entreposage
L'appareil possède un dispositif d'enroulement du câble intégré sur le dessous
de l'appareil sur lequel vous pouvez enrouler le câble secteur lorsque vous ne vous
en servez pas. Vous évitez ainsi que le câble secteur ne soit coincé, sali ou ne
devienne une source de danger parce qu'il pend.
ATTENTION
Endommagement potentiel de l'appareil.
► Pendant que vous stockez l'appareil, ne laissez pas le couvercle de l'appa-
reil s'enclencher ! Une fois le couvercle de l'appareil enclenché, une
pression permanente est exercée sur le joint d'étanchéité supérieur et le
joint d'étanchéité inférieur , ainsi que sur le joint de scellage . Le bon
fonctionnement de ces derniers peut ainsi être entravé.
♦ Entreposez l'appareil à un endroit propre et sec sans exposition directe au
soleil.

Mise au rebut
Ne pas jeter l'appareil avec les ordures ménagères normales.
Ce produit est assujetti à la directive européenne 2012/19/EU

centre de recyclage de votre commune. Respectez la réglementation en vigueur.

Période de garantie et réclamation légale pour vices

L’exercice de la garantie ne prolonge pas la période de garantie. Cette disposition
s’applique également aux pièces remplacées ou réparées. Les dommages et

après le déballage. Toute réparation survenant après la période sous garantie

La prestation de garantie est valable pour des vices de matériel et de fabrication.
Cette garantie ne s’étend pas aux pièces du produit qui sont exposées à une usure
normale et peuvent de ce fait être considérées comme pièces d’usure, ni aux dété-
riorations de pièces fragiles, par ex. connecteur, accu, moules ou pièces en verre.
Cette garantie devient caduque si le produit est détérioré, utilisé ou entretenu de
manière non conforme. Toutes les instructions listées dans le manuel d’utilisation
doivent être exactement respectées pour une utilisation conforme du produit. Des

Gebruik in overeenstemming met bestemming
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor het sealen en vacuüm verpakken van
levensmiddelen in voor het huishouden gangbare hoeveelheden en alleen voor
privégebruik in het huishouden. Dit apparaat is niet bestemd voor bedrijfsmatig
of industrieel gebruik en niet voor continu gebruik.
Een ander of verdergaand gebruik geldt als niet in overeenstemming met de
bestemming. Alle mogelijke claims wegens schade door gebruik dat niet volgens
de bestemming is, zijn uitgesloten. Het risico is uitsluitend voor de gebruiker.

Inhoud van het pakket en inspectie na transport
Het apparaat wordt standaard met de volgende componenten geleverd:

OPMERKING
► Controleer of het pakket compleet is en of er sprake is van zichtbare
schade.
► Neem contact op met de Service-hotline (zie hoofdstuk Service) als het
pakket niet compleet is, of indien er sprake is van schade door gebrekkige
verpakking of transport.
Uitpakken
♦ Haal het apparaat, de buisfolie en de gebruiksaanwijzing uit de doos.
♦ Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal.
♦ Verwijder de beschermfolie van het display.
GEVAAR
► Verpakkingsmateriaal mag niet door kinderen als speelgoed worden
gebruikt. Er bestaat verstikkingsgevaar.
De verpakking afvoeren
De verpakking beschermt het apparaat tegen transportschade. De verpakkings-
materialen zijn niet schadelijk voor het milieu. Ze zijn gekozen op grond van
milieuvriendelijkheid en daarom recyclebaar.
Het terugvoeren van de verpakking in de materiaalkringloop betekent een
besparing op grondstoffen en zorgt voor minder afval. Voer niet meer benodigde
verpakkingsmaterialen af conform de plaatselijk geldende voorschriften.
OPMERKING
► Bewaar zo mogelijk de originele verpakking gedurende de garantieperiode
van het apparaat, om het apparaat in geval van een garantiekwestie volgens
de voorschriften te kunnen verpakken.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
GEVAAR VOOR EEN ELEKTRISCHE SCHOK!
■ Controleer het apparaat vóór gebruik op zichtbare scha-
de aan de buitenzijde. Neem een beschadigd product
niet in gebruik.
■ Laat een beschadigd snoer onmiddellijk door geautori-
seerd en vakkundig personeel of door de klantenservice
vervangen, om risico's te vermijden.
■ Gebruik het apparaat nooit met een defect snoer.
■ Gebruik geen verlengsnoeren of stekkerdozen die niet
voldoen aan de vereiste veiligheidsvoorschriften.
■ Open nooit de behuizing van het apparaat!
■ Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u met reini-
gen begint.
■ Zorg dat er geen vocht in het apparaat binnendringt
tijdens het schoonmaken!
LETSELGEVAAR!
■ Laat reparaties aan het apparaat alleen uitvoeren door
geautoriseerde vakbedrijven of door de klantenservice.
Door ondeskundig uitgevoerde reparaties kan letselge-
vaar voor de gebruiker ontstaan of kan het apparaat
beschadigd raken. Bovendien vervalt dan de garantie.
■ Het stopcontact moet goed toegankelijk zijn, zodat de
stekker van het snoer in noodgevallen makkelijk uit het
stopcontact kan worden uitgetrokken.

LETSELGEVAAR!
■ Kinderen mogen zonder toezicht geen reiniging en ge-
bruikersonderhoud uitvoeren.
■ Houd het apparaat en het bijbehorende snoer buiten
bereik van kinderen jonger dan 8 jaar.
■ Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf
8jaar en door personen met beperkte fysieke, zintuig-
lijke of geestelijke vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring of
kennis, mits ze onder toezicht staan of over het veilige
gebruik van het apparaat zijn geïnstrueerd en de daaruit
resulterende gevaren hebben begrepen.
■ Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen!
■ Bij kinderen is supervisie noodzakelijk om ervoor te zor-

Opstellen en aansluiten
Eisen aan de plaats van opstelling
Voor een veilige en storingsvrije werking van het apparaat moet de plaatsings-
locatie aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:
■ Plaats het apparaat op een vaste, vlakke en zuiver horizontale ondergrond.
■ Gebruik het apparaat niet in een hete, natte of zeer vochtige omgeving, of
in de buurt van brandbaar materiaal.
■ Het stopcontact moet goed toegankelijk zijn, zodat de stekker van het snoer
in noodgevallen makkelijk uit het stopcontact kan worden getrokken.
Elektrische aansluiting
LET OP
► Vergelijk voor het aansluiten van het apparaat de aansluitgegevens (spanning
en frequentie) op het typeplaatje met die van uw lichtnet. Deze gegevens
moeten overeenkomen, zodat het apparaat niet beschadigd raakt.
► Verzeker u ervan dat het snoer van het apparaat onbeschadigd is en niet
over hete vlakken en/of scherpe kanten wordt geleid.
► Let erop dat het snoer niet strak gespannen wordt of knikt.
► Laat het snoer niet over hoeken hangen (gevaar voor struikelen).
♦ Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

Buisfolie gebruiken
OPMERKINGEN OVER DE FOLIE
► De folie mag maximaal 28 cm breed zijn. Anders kan deze niet correct
worden geseald.
► Gebruik voor dit apparaat alleen foliesoorten die aan één kant een structuur
hebben (punten of groeven) en een sterkte van ca. 0,17 - 0,29 mm (170
- 290 μ) en die zijn vervaardigd van nylon-PE. Anders wordt de sealnaad
niet dicht en kan het apparaat beschadigd raken. U herkent folie van dit
type aan de informatie op de verpakking. Al naar gelang het type en de
sterkte van de folie varieert de kwaliteit van de sealnaad.
► De meegeleverde folie is geschikt voor temperaturen tussen -20°C en +100°C.
1) Knip voor uw zak met een schaar de gewenste lengte van de buisfolie zo
recht mogelijk af.
2) Open het apparaatdeksel door op de dekselontgrendelingen te drukken
en het apparaatdeksel omhoog te kantelen.
3) Leg het open uiteinde van de zak zo ver in het apparaat, dat de opening van
de zak zich in het midden binnen de onderste afdichtingsring bevindt.
De zak mag maximaal tot aan de achterste begrenzingen komen en
moet tussen de voorste begrenzingen liggen. Wanneer de zak op een
van beide of beide begrenzingen ligt, kan de zak niet correct worden
geseald:

OPMERKING
► De zakopening moet glad op de sealdraad liggen. Anders werkt het
sealen niet correct.
4) Sluit het deksel van het apparaat . De persafdichting perst de zak op
de sealdraad , zodat er een gladde naad ontstaat. Let erop dat beide
hoeken van het apparaatdeksel vastklikken. Druk ze zo nodig nog een
keer op de markeringen en omlaag, zodat het apparaatdeksel
vastklikt en vergrendeld is.
5) Druk op de toets 3. Het rode indicatielampje - gaat branden. Zodra
het sealen is voltooid, dooft het rode indicatielampje -.
OPMERKING
► U kunt het sealen op elk gewenst moment afbreken door op de toets !
te drukken. Het rode indicatielampje - dooft.
LET OP - MATERIËLE SCHADE
Wanneer het rode indicatielampje - na hooguit 10 seconden
niet uitgaat, is het apparaat defect!
► Haal onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact. Probeer niet het apparaat
zelf te repareren. Neem contact op met de klantenservice.
6) Open het apparaatdeksel door op de dekselontgrendelingen te drukken
en het apparaatdeksel omhoog te kantelen. Neem de zak uit. Deze is nu aan
één uiteinde geseald.
OPMERKING
► Controleer of de sealnaad correct is. Een correcte sealnaad moet een
gladde, rechte strip zonder vouwen zijn.
7) Vul de zak. Aan de te sealen kant moet minstens 6 cm van de zak worden
vrijgelaten.
LET OP - MATERIËLE SCHADE
► Vul de zak zo, dat er tijdens het sealen in geen geval levensmiddelen of
vloeistoffen uit de zak kunnen lopen en in het apparaat kunnen komen.
8) Wanneer u de zak niet wilt vacuüm trekken, sealt u nu de andere, open kant.
OPMERKING
► Wacht 15 seconden voordat u de volgende zak sealt, zodat het apparaat
kan afkoelen.
Tijdens deze afkoelfase kunt u de functie “Sealen” niet starten.

Buisfolie vacuüm trekken
U kunt bij het sealen ook de lucht uit de zak zuigen (vacuüm trekken):

► Gebruik het vacuüm trekken niet voor zakken waarin zich vloeistoffen
bevinden. Deze komen dan in het apparaat en beschadigen het.
1) Leg het open uiteinde van de zak zo ver in het apparaat, dat de opening van
de zak zich in het midden binnen de onderste afdichtingsring bevindt. De
zak mag maximaal tot aan de achterste begrenzingen komen en moet
tussen de voorste begrenzingen liggen. Anders werkt het vacuüm trekken
en sealen niet:
2) Sluit het deksel van het apparaat . Let erop dat beide hoeken van het
apparaatdeksel vastklikken. Druk ze zo nodig nog een keer op de
markeringen en omlaag, zodat het apparaatdeksel vastklikt en
vergrendeld is.
OPMERKING
► Let erop dat de bovenste en onderste afdichtingsring niet beschadigd
zijn! Anders kan het apparaat de lucht niet uit de zak zuigen.
► Als een van de afdichtingsringen / beschadigd is, trekt u deze
gewoon uit de uitsparing en drukt u de vervangende afdichtingsring in
de uitsparing.

3) Druk op de toets .. Het groene indicatielampje 0 gaat branden en het
apparaat zuigt de lucht uit de zak. Zodra de lucht is afgezogen, gaat het
groene indicatielampje 0 uit en gaat het rode indicatielampje - branden.
Het apparaat sealt nu de zak.
4) Wanneer beide indicatielampjes -/0 doven, kunt u het deksel openen
door op de dekselontgrendelingen te drukken en het apparaatdeksel
omhoog te kantelen. Neem de vacuüm getrokken en gesealde zak uit het
apparaat.
OPMERKING
► U kunt het vacuüm trekken op elk gewenst moment onderbreken door op
de toets ! te drukken. Het groene indicatielampje 0 dooft dan. Druk
opnieuw op de toets . om het vacuüm trekken voort te zetten. Als het
apparaat al bezig is met sealen en het rode indicatielampje - brandt, kan
het proces met de toets ! worden afgebroken. Het apparaat stopt
dan het sealproces.
► Wanneer u 5 zakken na elkaar hebt vacuümgetrokken en geseald, laat
u het apparaat ca. 1 minuut afkoelen.
Tijdens deze afkoelfase kunt u het apparaat niet starten. Na de afkoelfase
kunt u het apparaat op de normale wijze verder gebruiken.
TIP - "SOUS-VIDE-GAREN"
► Omdat de meegeleverde folie geschikt is voor temperaturen tussen -20 °C
en +100 °C, kunt u deze gebruiken voor het zogenaamde "sous-vide-garen"
(vacuüm garen).
"Sous-vide" is Frans en betekent "onder vacuüm".
Bij vacuüm garen wordt het te garen product (meestal vis of vlees, maar
ook groenten zijn mogelijk) in een vacuümzak geseald en daarin bij een
matige temperatuur (ca. 50 tot 90 °C) au bain-marie of met stoom gegaard.
Dit heeft als voordeel dat vluchtige smaakstoffen of aroma's tijdens het garen
niet kunnen ontsnappen. Het te garen product droogt niet uit en vitaminen
en aroma's blijven behouden. Kruiden of specerijen die in de vacuümzak
mee worden geseald, geven hun smaak intensiever aan het te garen
product af.

Reiniging
GEVAAR
Levensgevaar door elektrische stroom!
► Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u met reinigen begint.
► Zorg dat er geen vocht in het apparaat binnendringt tijdens het schoonmaken!
LET OP
Mogelijke beschadiging van het apparaat.
► Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, omdat
hierdoor het oppervlak van de behuizing kan worden aangetast.
► Gebruik geen harde of scherpe voorwerpen om eventuele lijmresten van
de sealdraad te verwijderen. Anders kan de sealdraad of de isolatie
beschadigd raken.
Apparaat reinigen
♦ Reinig het oppervlak van de behuizing met een licht vochtige doek en een
mild afwasmiddel.
♦ Veeg de bovenste en onderste afdichtingsring , en de persafdichting
af met een vochtige doek. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat droog is voordat u
het opnieuw gebruikt.
Opbergen
Het apparaat heeft aan de onderkant van de behuizing een geïntegreerde
kabelspoel , waarop u het snoer kunt wikkelen wanneer u het apparaat niet
gebruikt. Zo voorkomt u dat het snoer ingeklemd raakt of vuil wordt, of een bron
van gevaar doordat het loshangt:
LET OP
Mogelijke beschadiging van het apparaat.
► Bergt u het apparaat op, laat dan niet het apparaatdeksel vastklikken!
Wanneer het apparaatdeksel is vastgeklikt, wordt er continu druk uit-
geoefend op de bovenste en onderste afdichtingsring , en op de
persafdichting . Dit kan een nadelige invloed hebben op de werking
van deze onderdelen.
♦ Berg het apparaat op een schone, droge plaats zonder rechtstreeks zonlicht op.

Afvoeren
Gooi het apparaat in geen geval weg bij het gewone huisvuil.
Dit product is onderworpen aan de Europese richtlijn 2012/19/EU
(afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur).
Voer het apparaat af via een erkend afvalverwerkingsbedrijf of via uw gemeente-
reiniging. Neem de momenteel geldende voorschriften in acht. Neem in geval
van twijfel contact op met uw gemeentereinigingsdienst.
Garantie van Kompernaß Handels GmbH
Geachte klant,
U hebt op dit apparaat 3 jaar garantie vanaf de aankoopdatum. In geval van
ge breken in dit product hebt u wettelijke rechten tegenover de verkoper van het
product. Deze wettelijke rechten worden door onze hierna beschreven garantie
niet beperkt.
Garantievoorwaarden
De garantieperiode geldt vanaf de datum van aankoop. Bewaar de originele
kassabon. U hebt de bon nodig als bewijs van aankoop.
Als er binnen drie jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum van dit product een materiaal- of
fabricagefout optreedt, wordt het product door ons – naar onze keuze – voor u
kosteloos gerepareerd of vervangen. Voorwaarde voor deze garantie is dat bin-
nen de termijn van drie jaar het defecte apparaat en het aankoopbewijs (kassa-
bon) worden overlegd en dat kort wordt omschreven waaruit het gebrek bestaat
en wanneer het is opgetreden.
Wanneer het defect door onze garantie wordt gedekt, krijgt u het gerepareerde
product of een nieuw product retour. Met de reparatie of vervanging van het
product begint er geen nieuwe garantieperiode.
Garantieperiode en wettelijke aanspraken bij gebreken
De garantieperiode wordt door deze waarborg niet verlengd. Dat geldt ook voor
vervangen en gerepareerde onderdelen. Eventueel al bij aankoop aanwezige
schade en gebreken moeten meteen na het uitpakken worden gemeld. Voor repa-
raties na afloop van de garantieperiode worden kosten in rekening gebracht.

Garantieomvang
Het apparaat is op basis van strenge kwaliteitsnormen met de grootst mogelijke
zorg vervaardigd en voorafgaand aan de levering nauwkeurig gecontroleerd.
De garantie geldt voor materiaal- of fabricagefouten. Deze garantie geldt niet voor
productonderdelen die blootstaan aan normale slijtage en derhalve als aan
slijtage onderhevige onderdelen kunnen worden aangemerkt, of voor bescha-
digingen aan breekbare onderdelen, bijv. schakelaars, accu’s, bakvormen of
onderdelen die van glas zijn gemaakt.
Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het product is beschadigd, ondeskundig is ge-
bruikt of is gerepareerd. Voor deskundig gebruik van het product moeten alle
in de gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven aanwijzingen precies worden opgevolgd.
Gebruiksdoeleinden en handelingen die in de gebruiksaanwijzing worden afge-
raden of waarvoor wordt gewaarschuwd, moeten beslist worden vermeden.
Het product is uitsluitend bestemd voor privégebruik en niet voor bedrijfsmatige
doeleinden. Bij verkeerd gebruik en ondeskundige behandeling, bij gebruik van
geweld en bij reparaties die niet door ons erkend servicefiliaal zijn uitgevoerd,
vervalt de garantie.
Afhandeling bij een garantiekwestie
Voor een snelle afhandeling van uw aanvraag neemt u de volgende aanwijzingen
in acht:
■ Houd voor alle aanvragen de kassabon en het artikelnummer (bijv. IAN
12345) als aankoopbewijs bij de hand.
■ Het artikelnummer vindt u op het typeplaatje, in het product gegraveerd, op
de titelpagina van de gebruiksaanwijzing (linksonder) of als sticker op de
achter- of onderkant van het product.
■ Als er fouten in de werking of andere gebreken optreden, neemt u eerst
contract op met de hierna genoemde serviceafdeling, telefonisch of via
e-mail.
■ Een als defect geregistreerd product kunt u dan zonder portokosten naar het
aan u doorgegeven serviceadres sturen. Voeg het aankoopbewijs (kassabon)
bij en vermeld waaruit het gebrek bestaat en wanneer het is opgetreden.

Tento přístroj je určen výhradně pro zavařování potravin do fólie a jejich vakuo-
vání vběžném domácím množství a pouze vdomácnostech. Tento přístroj není
určen pro živnostenské nebo průmyslové použití a také není určen pro trvalé
použití.
Jiné použití než kurčenému účelu nebo nad jeho rámec je považováno za použití
vrozporu surčením. Jsou vyloučeny nároky jakéhokoliv druhu kvůli poškození,
které vzniklo na základě použití vrozporu surčením. Riziko nese výhradně
uživatel.

Rozsah dodávky a kontrola po přepravě

UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Zkontrolujte dodávku, zda je kompletní a zda není viditelně poškozená.

Vybalení
♦ Přístroj, hadicovou fólii a návod kobsluze vyjměte zkrabice.
♦ Odstraňte veškerý obalový materiál.
♦ Z ovládacího panelu odstraňte ochrannou fólii.
NEBEZPEČÍ
► Obalový materiál není hračkou pro děti. Hrozí nebezpečí udušení.
Likvidace obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě. Zvolený obalový materiál
odpovídá hlediskům ochrany přírody a likvidace, a je tudíž recyklovatelný.
Navrácení obalu do oběhu zpracování materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje produkci
odpadů. Již nepotřebný obalový materiál zlikvidujte podle místně platných
předpisů.

► Uschovejte pokud možno originální obal během záruční doby přístroje,
aby bylo možné vpřípadě uplatnění záruky přístroj řádně zabalit.

Instalace a připojení
Požadavky na umístění
Pro bezpečný a nezávadný provoz přístroje musí místo provozu splňovat následující
požadavky:
■ Přístroj se musí postavit na pevný, plochý a vodorovný podklad.
■ Nepoužívejte přístroj vhorkém, mokrém nebo velmi vlhkém prostředí nebo
vblízkosti hořlavých materiálů.
■ Zásuvka musí být snadno přístupná, aby bylo možné síťový kabel vpřípadě
potřeby snadno odstranit.
Elektrické zapojení
POZOR
► Před zapojením přístroje porovnejte přípojovací údaje (napětí a frekvenci)
uvedené na typovém štítku súdaji své elektrické sítě. Tyto údaje se musí
shodovat, aby na přístroji nedošlo kžádným škodám.
► Ujistěte se, zda není síťový kabel přístroje poškozený a zda není položen
přes horké povrchy a/nebo ostré hrany.
► Dbejte na to, aby síťový kabel nebyl příliš napnutý ani ohnutý.
► Síťový kabel nenechávejte viset přes rohy (efekt zakopnutí okabel).
♦ Zastrčte zástrčku do síťové zásuvky.

Svařování hadicové fólie
UPOZORNĚNÍ KFÓLII
► Fólie smí být široká maximálně 28cm. Vopačném případě ji nelze správně
svařovat.
► Pro tento přístroj používejte pouze fólie, které mají na jedné straně strukturu
(body nebo drážky) a tloušťku cca 0,17-0,29mm (170-290μ) a jsou
vyrobené znylonového PE. Vopačném případě svar není těsný a může
dojít kpoškození přístroje. Fólie tohoto typu rozpoznáte podle údajů na
obalu. Vzávislosti na typu a tloušťce fólie se mění kvalita svaru.
► Dodaná fólie je vhodná pro teploty mezi -20°C a +100°C.
1) Odstřihněte nůžkami pokud možno rovně požadovanou délku hadicové fólie
pro svůj sáček.
2) Otevřete víko přístroje zatlačením na odjištění víka a otevřením víka
přístroje směrem nahoru .
3) Položte otevřený konec sáčku tak daleko do přístroje, aby se otvor sáčku
nacházel středově uvnitř spodního těsnicího kroužku . Sáček smí narážet
maximálně na zadní zarážky a musí ležet mezi předními zarážkami .
Pokud sáček vyčnívá přes jednu nebo obě zarážky , nemůže být řádně
svařen:

UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Otvor sáčku musí hladce doléhat na svařovací drát . Vopačném případě
svařování nefunguje správně.
4) Zavřete víko přístroje . Přítlačné těsnění přitlačí sáček na svařovací drát ,
takže vznikne hladký šev. Dbejte při tom na to, aby oba rohy víka přístroje
zaskočily. Případně je ještě jednou zatlačte na značkách a tak, aby
víko přístroje zaskočilo a bylo zablokované.
5) Stiskněte tlačítko 3. Svítí červená kontrolka -. Jakmile je ukončen
proces uzavření povrchu, červená kontrolka - zhasne.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Proces uzavření povrchu můžete kdykoliv přerušit stisknutím tlačítka !.
Červená kontrolka - zhasne.
POZOR – VĚCNÉ ŠKODY
Jestliže červená kontrolka - nezhasne nejpozději po 10sekun-
dách, došlo kporuše přístroje!
► Okamžitě vytáhněte zástrčku ze síťové zásuvky. Nepokoušejte se opravovat
přístroj sami. Obraťte se na zákaznický servis.
6) Otevřete víko přístroje zatlačením na odjištění víka a víko přístroje ote-
vřete směrem nahoru . Vyjměte sáček. Ten je nyní svařen na jednom konci.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Ujistěte se, zda je svar správně proveden. Správný svar má být hladký,
rovný pásek bez záhybů.
7) Sáček naplňte. Na sáčku musíte nechat po svařovanou hranu minimálně
6cm volných.
POZOR – VĚCNÉ ŠKODY
► Sáček naplňte tak, aby při svařování vžádném případě nemohly vytéci
zbytky potravin nebo tekutiny a vniknout do přístroje.
8) Pokud sáček nechcete vakuovat, svařte nyní druhou, otevřenou stranu.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Před svařením dalšího sáčku vyčkejte 15 sekund, aby se přístroj mohl
ochladit.
Během této ochlazovací fáze nelze spustit funkci „Svařování“.

Vakuování hadicové fólie
Při svařování můžete ze sáčku také odsát vzduch (vakuovat ho):

► Nevakuujte sáčky, ve kterých se nachází tekutiny. Vnikly by pak do přístroje
a poškodily by jej.
1) Položte otevřený konec sáčku tak daleko do přístroje, aby se otvor sáčku
nacházel středově uvnitř spodního těsnicího kroužku . Sáček smí narážet
maximálně na zadní zarážky a musí ležet mezi předními zarážkami .
Vopačném případě odsávání a svařování nefunguje:
2) Zavřete víko přístroje . Dbejte při tom na to, aby oba rohy víka přístroje
zaskočily. Případně je ještě jednou zatlačte na značkách a tak, aby
víko přístroje zaskočilo a bylo zablokované.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Dbejte na to, aby horní a spodní těsnicí kroužek nebyly poškozené!
Vopačném případě přístroj nemůže odsávat vzduch ze sáčku.
► Pokud by byl jeden z těsnicích kroužků / poškozen, jednoduše jej
vytáhněte z vyhloubení a zatlačte dovnitř vyhloubení náhradní těsnění.

3) Stiskněte tlačítko .. Zelená kontrolka 0 svítí a přístroj odsává vzduch
ze sáčku. Jakmile byl vzduch odsán, zhasne zelená kontrolka 0 a červená
kontrolka - se rozsvítí. Sáček je nyní přístrojem uzavřen.
4) Jakmile zhasly obě kontrolky -/0, můžete otevřít víko stisknutím odjištění
víka a víko přístroje otevřete směrem nahoru. Vyjměte vakuovaný a
svařený sáček.
UPOZORNĚNÍ
► Vakuování můžete kdykoliv přerušit stisknutím tlačítka !. Zelená kont-
rolka 0 potom zhasne. Když opět stisknete tlačítko ., bude se ve
vakuování pokračovat.
Pokud přístroj už přepnul na proces uzavření povrchu a svítí červená kont-
rolka -, může se proces přerušit tlačítkem !. Proces uzavření povrchu
je přístrojem zastaven.
► Po vakuování a svaření 5 sáčků za sebou nechte přístroj cca 1 minutu
ochladit.
Během této ochlazovací fáze nemůžete přístroj spustit. Po ochlazovací
fázi můžete přístroj normálně dále používat.
TIP - VAŘENÍ „SOUS VIDE“
► Protože dodaná fólie je vhodná pro teploty mezi -20°C a +100°C, můžete
ji používat ktakzvanému vaření „sous-vide“ (vakuovému vaření).
„Sous-vide“ je francouzsky a znamená „ve vakuu“.
Vpřípadě vakuového vaření je jídlo (hlavně ryby nebo maso, ale také je
možná zelenina) zavařeno do vakuového sáčku, ve kterém se vaří při nízké
teplotě (cca 50 až 90°C) ve vodní lázni nebo vpáře. To má tu výhodu,
že těkavé příchutě nebo aromata nemohou během vaření uniknout. Jídlo
nevyschne a zachovají se vitamíny a aromata. Byliny a koření zavařené
do vakuového sáčku společně spotravinami předají svou příchuť jídlu
intenzivněji.

Čištění
NEBEZPEČÍ
Ohrožení života elektrickým proudem!
► Před čištěním vytáhněte zástrčku ze sítě.
► Dbejte na to, aby se při čištění nedostala do přístroje vlhkost.
POZOR
Možné poškození přístroje.
► Nepoužívejte agresivní ani abrazivní čisticí prostředky, protože mohou
poškodit povrch krytu.
► Pro odstranění případných zbytků lepidla ze svařovacího drátu nepouží-
vejte tvrdé ani ostré předměty. Vopačném případě by mohlo dojít kpoško-
zení svařovacího drátu nebo izolace.
Čištění přístroje
♦ Povrch pláště čistěte výhradně mírně navlhčeným hadrem a jemným mycím
prostředkem.
♦ Otřete horní a spodní těsnicí kroužek , jakož i přítlačné těsnění navlh-
čeným hadrem. Před opětovným použitím se ujistěte, že je přístroj zase suchý.
Uložení
Přístroj má na spodní části krytu integrované navíjení kabelu , na které můžete
při nepoužívání navinout síťový kabel. Tak zabráníte tomu, aby byl síťový kabel
uskřípnut či znečištěn nebo aby se volně visící kabel stal zdrojem nebezpečí:
POZOR
Možné poškození přístroje.
► Při skladování nedovolte, aby víko přístroje zaskočilo! Jestliže je víko
přístroje zaskočené, je vytvářen trvalý tlak na horní a spodní těsnicí
kroužek a na přítlačné těsnění . Tím by se mohla narušit jejich funkč-
nost.
♦ Skladujte přístroj na čistém a suchém místě, bez přímého slunečního záření.

Likvidace
Vžádném případě nevyhazujte přístroj do normálního domovního
odpadu.
Tento výrobek podléhá evropské směrnici č. 2012/19/EU
(oodpadních elektrických a elektronických zařízeních).
Přístroj předejte klikvidaci odborné firmě oprávněné knakládání sodpady nebo
využijte možnost likvidace zajišťovanou obcí. Dodržujte aktuálně platné předpisy.
Vpřípadě pochybností kontaktujte příslušnou firmu, která se zabývá likvidací
odpadů.

závad tohoto výrobku máte zákonná práva vůči prodejci výrobku. Tato zákonná
práva nejsou omezena naší níže uvedenou zárukou.
Záruční podmínky
Záruční doba začíná plynout dnem nákupu. Dobře uschovejte originál pokladní-
ho lístku. Tento doklad je potřebný jako důkaz o koupi.
Pokud do tří let od data zakoupení tohoto výrobku dojde k vadě materiálu nebo
vý robní závadě, pak Vám podle našeho uvážení výrobek zdarma opravíme nebo
vyměníme. Předpokladem této záruky je, že bude během tříleté lhůty předložen
vadný přístroj a doklad o koupi (pokladní lístek) a stručně se popíše v čem závada
spočívá a kdy se vyskytla.
Vztahuje-li se na závadu naše záruka, obdržíte zpět buď opravený nebo nový
produkt. Opravou nebo výměnou výrobku nezačne plynout nová záruční doba.
Záruční doba a zákonné nároky vyplývající ze závad
Záručním plněním se záruční doba neprodlužuje. To platí ipro vyměněné a
opravené součásti. Poškození nebo vady vyskytující se případně již při nákupu
se musí oznámit ihned po vybalení. Po uplynutí záruční doby podléhají veškeré
opravy zpoplatnění.
Rozsah záruky
Přístroj byl vyroben pečlivě podle přísných směrnic kvality a před expedicí byl
svědomitě vyzkoušen.
Záruka se vztahuje na materiálové nebo výrobní vady. Tato záruka se nevztahuje
na součásti produktu, které jsou vystaveny normálnímu opotřebení, a proto je lze
považovat za opotřebovatelné díly nebo za poškození křehkých součástí jako jsou
např. spínače, akumulátory, formy na pečení nebo části, které jsou vyrobeny ze skla.

Tato záruka zaniká, pokud je výrobek poškozen, nebyl řádně používán nebo
udržován. Pro zajištění správného používání výrobku se musí přesně dodržovat

v návodu kobsluze nedoporučují nebo se před nimi varuje, je třeba se bezpod-
mínečně vyhnout.
Výrobek je určen pouze pro soukromé účely a ne pro komerční použití. Při nesprávném

■ Pokud by se měly vyskytovat funkční vady nebo jiné závady, kontaktujte

Volumen de suministro e inspección de transporte

INDICACIÓN
► Compruebe la integridad del suministro y si hay daños visibles.
► Si el suministro está incompleto o se observan daños debido a un embalaje
deficiente o al transporte, póngase en contacto con la línea directa de
asistencia (consulte el capítulo Asistencia técnica).
Desembalaje
♦ Extraiga el aparato, el rollo de bolsas de plástico y el manual de instrucciones
de la caja.
♦ Retire todo el material de embalaje.
♦ Retire la lámina protectora del panel de mando.
PELIGRO
► Los niños no deben jugar con los materiales de embalaje. Existe peligro de
asfixia.
Desecho del embalaje
El embalaje protege el aparato durante el transporte. El material de embalaje se
ha seleccionado teniendo en cuenta criterios ecológicos y de desecho, por

Indicaciones de seguridad
¡PELIGRO POR DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA!
■ Antes de usar el aparato, compruebe si hay signos de
daños externos visibles. No ponga en funcionamiento el
aparato si está dañado.
■ Si el cable de red está dañado, encomiende su sustitución
al personal especializado autorizado o al servicio de

Colocación y conexión
Requisitos del lugar de emplazamiento
Para un funcionamiento correcto y seguro del aparato, el lugar de emplazamiento
deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
■ Debe colocarse el aparato sobre una superficie firme, plana y horizontal.
■ No utilice el aparato en un entorno caliente, mojado o muy húmedo ni cerca
de material inflamable.
■ La base de enchufe deberá quedar fácilmente accesible de modo que, en
caso de peligro, pueda extraerse el cable de red con facilidad.
Conexión eléctrica
¡CUIDADO!
► Antes de conectar el aparato, compare los datos de conexión (tensión y
frecuencia) que figuran en la placa de características con los de su red
eléctrica. Dichos datos deben coincidir para que no se produzcan daños
en el aparato.
► Asegúrese de que el cable de red del aparato no presente daños y de que
no esté tendido sobre superficies calientes y/o filos cortantes.
► Procure que el cable de red no se tense ni se doble demasiado.
► Evite que el cable de red quede colgando por las esquinas (para evitar
tropiezos).
♦ Conecte la clavija de red a la base de enchufe.

Sellado del rollo de bolsas de plástico
INDICACIONES SOBRE EL ROLLO DE BOLSAS DE PLÁSTICO
► La anchura máxima permitida para el rollo es de 28 cm. De lo contrario,
no podrá sellarse correctamente.
► Utilice exclusivamente rollos de bolsas de plástico que presenten un lado
estructurado (puntos o acanaladuras), que posean un grosor de aprox.
0,17 - 0,29 mm (170 - 290 μ) y que sean de nailon y/o PE. De lo contra-
rio, el sellado no será estanco y el aparato podría dañarse. Para seleccio-
nar los rollos de este tipo, consulte las indicaciones del envase. La calidad
del sellado depende del tipo y del grosor del rollo de bolsas de plástico.
► El rollo suministrado es apto para temperaturas de entre -20 °C y +100 °C.
1) Corte el rollo con unas tijeras según la longitud deseada para la bolsa y de
la manera más recta posible.
2) Para abrir la tapa , presione los desencastres de la tapa y tire de la
tapa hacia arriba.
3) Introduzca el lado abierto de la bolsa en el aparato hasta que la abertura
de la bolsa quede centrada dentro del anillo inferior de sellado . La bolsa
debe alcanzar como máximo los topes traseros y debe quedar colocada
entre los topes delanteros . Si la bolsa sobrepasa uno de los topes o
ambos topes , no podrá sellarse correctamente:

INDICACIÓN
► La abertura de la bolsa debe colocarse sobre el alambre fundente de
forma que quede lisa. De lo contrario, no se sellará correctamente.
4) Cierre la tapa . El sello de presión presiona la bolsa sobre el alambre
fundente de forma que el sellado quede liso. Asegúrese de que las dos
esquinas de la tapa queden encastradas. En caso necesario, presiónelas
hacia abajo sobre las marcas y de forma que la tapa quede
encastrada y cerrada.
5) Pulse la tecla 3. Tras esto, se iluminará el piloto de control rojo -. En
cuanto finalice el proceso de sellado, el piloto de control rojo - se apagará.
INDICACIÓN
► Puede interrumpirse en cualquier momento el proceso de sellado pulsando
la tecla !. Al hacerlo, se apagará el piloto de control rojo -.
¡ATENCIÓN: DAÑOS MATERIALES!
Si el piloto de control rojo - no se apaga tras un máximo de
10 segundos, el aparato está defectuoso.
► Extraiga inmediatamente la clavija de red de la base de enchufe. No intente
reparar el aparato usted mismo. Póngase en contacto con el servicio de
asistencia técnica.
6) Para abrir la tapa , presione los desencastres de la tapa y tire de la
tapa hacia arriba. Retire la bolsa. La bolsa solo estará sellada por un
extremo.
INDICACIÓN
► Asegúrese de que el sellado sea correcto. Un sellado correcto debe ser
liso, rectilíneo y carecer de pliegues.
7) Llene la bolsa. Debe dejarse un espacio mínimo de 6 cm con respecto al
borde que deba sellarse.
¡ATENCIÓN: DAÑOS MATERIALES!
► Llene la bolsa de forma que no pueda derramarse ningún resto de alimento
ni de líquidos durante el sellado y penetrar en el aparato.
8) Si no desea envasar la bolsa al vacío, selle ahora el otro extremo abierto.
INDICACIÓN
► Espere 15 segundos antes de sellar la siguiente bolsa para que el aparato
pueda enfriarse.
Durante la fase de enfriamiento no puede activarse la función “sellado”.

Envasado al vacío
Al sellar la bolsa, también puede extraerse el aire (envasado al vacío):
¡ATENCIÓN: DAÑOS MATERIALES!
► No envase al vacío ninguna bolsa con contenido líquido, ya que podría
penetrar en el aparato y dañarlo.
1) Introduzca el lado abierto de la bolsa en el aparato hasta que la abertura
de la bolsa quede centrada dentro del anillo inferior de sellado . La bolsa
debe alcanzar como máximo los topes traseros y debe quedar colocada
entre los topes delanteros . De lo contrario, la succión y el sellado no
pueden realizarse correctamente.
2) Cierre la tapa . Asegúrese de que las dos esquinas de la tapa queden
encastradas. En caso necesario, presiónelas hacia abajo sobre las marcas
y de forma que la tapa quede encastrada y cerrada.
INDICACIÓN
► Asegúrese de que el anillo superior y el anillo inferior de sellado no
estén dañados. De lo contrario, el aparato no podrá succionar el aire de
la bolsa.
► Si uno de los anillos de sellado / está dañado, tire de este para
extraerlo de su alojamiento y coloque en su lugar el anillo de sellado de
repuesto ejerciendo presión.

3) Pulse la tecla .. Tras esto, el piloto de control verde 0 se ilumina y el
aparato extrae el aire de la bolsa. En cuanto se succiona el aire de la bolsa,
el piloto de control verde 0 se apaga y el piloto de control rojo - se
enciende. Tras esto, el aparato sellará la bolsa.
4) Una vez se apaguen ambos pilotos de control -/0, podrá abrir la tapa
tras presionar los desencastres de la tapa y tirar de la tapa hacia
arriba. Retire la bolsa sellada y envasada al vacío.
INDICACIÓN
► Puede interrumpirse en cualquier momento el proceso de envasado al
vacío pulsando la tecla !. Tras esto, se apagará el piloto de control
verde 0. Vuelva a pulsar la tecla . para continuar con el proceso de
envasado al vacío.
Si el aparato ya ha pasado al proceso de sellado y se ha iluminado el
piloto de control rojo -, puede detenerse el proceso con la tecla !.
Tras esto, el aparato detendrá el proceso de sellado.
► Tras sellar al vacío 5 bolsas de forma consecutiva, deje que el aparato
se enfríe durante aprox. 1 minuto.
Durante esta fase de enfriamiento no puede activarse el aparato. Una
vez finalizada la fase de enfriamiento, podrá utilizarse el aparato con
normalidad.
CONSEJO: COCCIÓN "SOUS-VIDE" O COCCIÓN AL VACÍO
► Dado que el rollo de bolsas de plástico suministrado es apto para
temperaturas entre -20 °C y +100 °C, puede utilizarse para la cocción
"sous-vide".
"Sous-vide" significa "al vacío" en francés.
En el proceso de cocción al vacío, el alimento (principalmente, carne o
pescado, aunque también se admiten verduras) se envasa al vacío en una
bolsa y, después, se cuece a baja temperatura (de 50 a 90 °C aproxima-
damente) en agua o vapor. La ventaja de esta técnica es que evita que los
sabores o aromas más volátiles se pierdan durante la cocción. Además,
el alimento no se seca y se conservan las vitaminas y los aromas. Si se
añaden hierbas o especias en la bolsa envasada al vacío, estas transmiten
su sabor al alimento con mayor intensidad.

Limpieza
PELIGRO
¡Peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica!
► Retire la clavija de red de la base de enchufe antes de comenzar con la
limpieza.
► Durante la limpieza, asegúrese de que no penetre humedad en la carcasa
del aparato.
¡CUIDADO!
Posibles daños en el aparato.
► No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos ni abrasivos, ya que podrían
dañar la superficie de la carcasa.
► No utilice objetos duros ni afilados para retirar cualquier resto adhesivo
del alambre fundente . De lo contrario, podría dañarse el alambre
fundente o el aislamiento.
Limpieza del aparato
♦ Limpie la superficie de la carcasa exclusivamente con un paño ligeramente
humedecido con un producto de limpieza suave.
♦ Limpie el anillo superior y el anillo inferior de sellado , así como el
sello de presión , con un trapo húmedo. Asegúrese de que el aparato
esté seco antes de volver a utilizarlo.
Almacenamiento
El aparato tiene un enrollacables integrado en su parte inferior que permite
enrollar el cable de red mientras no se esté utilizando. De esta manera, se evita
que quede aprisionado, que se ensucie o que pueda ser una fuente de peligro
al colgar suelto.
¡CUIDADO!
Posibles daños en el aparato.
► Durante el almacenamiento, no deje encastrada la tapa . Con la tapa
encastrada, se ejerce una presión continua sobre el anillo superior y
el anillo inferior de sellado , así como sobre el sello de presión , que
podría afectar a su funcionamiento.
♦ Guarde el aparato en un lugar limpio, seco y protegido de la radiación
solar directa.

Desecho
No deseche nunca el aparato con la basura doméstica.

talaciones de desecho de residuos comunitarias. Observe las normas vigentes.

Condiciones de la garantía
El plazo de la garantía comienza con la fecha de compra. Guarde bien el com-
probante de caja original, ya que lo necesitará como justificante de compra.
Si dentro de un periodo de tres años a partir de la fecha de compra de este pro-
ducto se detecta un defecto en su material o un error de fabricación, asumiremos
la reparación o sustitución gratuita del producto a nuestra elección. La prestación
de la garantía requiere la presentación del aparato defectuoso y del comprobante
de caja, así como una breve descripción por escrito del defecto detectado y de
las circunstancias en las que se haya producido dicho defecto, dentro del plazo
de tres años.
Si el defecto está cubierto por nuestra garantía, le devolveremos el producto repa-
rado o le suministraremos uno nuevo. La reparación o sustitución del producto no
supone el inicio de un nuevo periodo de garantía.
Duración de la garantía y reclamaciones legales por vicios
La duración de la garantía no se prolonga por hacer uso de ella. Este principio
también se aplica a las piezas sustituidas y reparadas. Si después de la compra
del aparato, se detecta la existencia de daños o de defectos al desembalarlo,
deben notificarse de inmediato. Cualquier reparación que se realice una vez
finalizado el plazo de garantía estará sujeta a costes.

Alcance de la garantía
El aparato se ha fabricado cuidadosamente según estándares elevados de
calidad y se ha examinado en profundidad antes de su entrega.
La prestación de la garantía solo rige para defectos en los materiales o errores
de fabricación. Esta garantía no cubre las piezas del producto normalmente
sometidas al desgaste y que, en consecuencia, puedan considerarse piezas de
desgaste ni los daños producidos en los componentes frágiles, p. ej., interruptores,
baterías, moldes de horno o piezas de vidrio.
Se anulará la garantía si el producto se daña o no se utiliza o mantiene correctamente.
Para utilizar correctamente el producto, deben observarse todas las indicaciones

■ Si se producen errores de funcionamiento u otros defectos, póngase primero

■ Podrá enviar el producto calificado como defectuoso junto con el justificante

Desembalagem

Eliminação da embalagem
A embalagem protege o aparelho contra danos durante o transporte. Os materiais
da embalagem são selecionados tendo em conta os aspetos ambientais e técnicos
relativamente à eliminação, sendo, por isso, recicláveis.
A reciclagem da embalagem permite a poupança de matérias-primas e reduz a
formação de lixo. Elimine os materiais da embalagem que já não são necessários

Instruções de segurança
PERIGO DE CHOQUE ELÉTRICO!
■ Antes da utilização, verifique a existência de eventuais
danos exteriores visíveis no aparelho. Não coloque em
funcionamento um aparelho danificado.
■ Em caso de danos no cabo de alimentação, este deve ser
substituído por técnicos autorizados ou pela Assistência
Técnica, de modo a evitar perigos.
■ Nunca utilize o aparelho com um cabo de alimentação da-
nificado.
■ Não utilize cabos de extensão ou blocos de tomadas que
não estejam de acordo com as disposições de segurança
necessárias.
■ Nunca abra o corpo do aparelho!
■ Retire a ficha de rede da tomada, antes de iniciar a
limpeza.
■ Certifique-se de que, durante a limpeza, não se infiltra
humidade no aparelho.
PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS!
■ Solicite a reparação do aparelho apenas a empresas
autorizadas ou ao Serviço de Assistência Técnica. Repa-
rações inadequadas podem originar riscos de ferimentos
para o utilizador ou danificar o aparelho. Além disso, a
garantia extingue-se.
■ A tomada tem de ser de fácil acesso para que, em caso
de emergência, o cabo de alimentação possa ser facil-
mente retirado.

PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS!
■ A limpeza e a manutenção pelo utilizador não podem ser
realizadas por crianças não vigiadas.
■ O aparelho e o respetivo cabo de ligação devem ser
mantidos afastados de crianças com idades inferiores a
8 anos.
■ Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças com ida-
des superiores a 8anos, bem como por pessoas com
capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais reduzidas, ou
com falta de experiência e/ou conhecimento, caso sejam
vigiadas ou instruídas sobre a utilização segura do apare-
lho e compreendam os perigos daí resultantes.
■ As crianças não podem brincar com o aparelho!
■ As crianças devem ser vigiadas para garantir que não
brincam com o aparelho.
■ Nunca deixe o aparelho sem vigilância quando este esti-
ver operacional. Retire sempre a ficha da tomada após a
utilização ou em caso de interrupções, de modo a evitar

Instalação e ligação
Requisitos em relação ao local de instalação
Para um funcionamento seguro e sem falhas do aparelho, o local de instalação
tem de cumprir as seguintes condições:
■ Ao instalar o aparelho, colocá-lo sobre uma base fixa, plana e nivelada.
■ Não utilize o aparelho num ambiente quente, molhado ou muito húmido
ou na proximidade de material inflamável.
■ A tomada tem de ser de fácil acesso para que, em caso de emergência,
o cabo de rede possa ser facilmente retirado.
Ligação elétrica
ATENÇÃO
► Antes de ligar o aparelho, compare os dados de ligação (tensão e fre-
quência) da chapa de identificação com os da sua rede elétrica. Estes
dados têm de coincidir para que não ocorram danos no aparelho.
► Certifique-se de que o cabo de rede do aparelho não apresenta danos e
de que não é colocado sobre superfícies quentes e/ou arestas afiadas.
► Tenha atenção para que o cabo de alimentação não fique demasiado
esticado ou dobrado.
► Não deixe o cabo de rede suspenso em cantos (efeito de tropeço).
♦ Insira a ficha na tomada de rede.

Selar película tubular
INDICAÇÕES SOBRE A PELÍCULA
► A película só pode ter no máximo 28 cm de largura. Caso contrário, não
poderá ser selada devidamente.
► Utilize para este aparelho apenas películas que possuem uma estrutura
de um lado (pontos ou ranhuras) e uma espessura de aprox. 0,17 - 0,29
mm (170 - 290 μ) e são fabricadas de nylon-PE. Caso contrário o fio para
selar não veda e o aparelho pode ser danificado. Reconhecerá películas
deste tipo por meio das indicações na embalagem. A qualidade da costura
de selagem varia consoante o tipo e a espessura da película.
► A película inclusa é adequada para temperaturas entre -20°C e +100°C.
1) Corte o comprimento desejado da película tubular para o seu saco com
uma tesoura o mais direito possível.
2) Abra a tampa do aparelho , pressionando os desbloqueios da tampa
e levante a tampa do aparelho para cima.
3) Coloque a extremidade aberta do saco dentro do aparelho, de forma que a
abertura do saco fique centrada dentro do anel vedante inferior . O saco
pode chegar no máximo até aos limites traseiros e tem de ficar entre os
limites dianteiros . Se o saco ultrapassar um ou os dois limites , o saco
não pode ser selado devidamente:

NOTA
► A abertura do saco tem estar lisa sobre o fio para selar . Caso contrário,
a selagem não funciona.
4) Feche a tampa do aparelho . A junta de compressão comprime o saco
sobre o fio para selar , formando uma costura lisa. Certifique-se de que
ambos os cantos da tampa do aparelho encaixam. Prima estes, em caso
de necessidade, mais uma vez nas marcações e para baixo, para
que a tampa do aparelho encaixe e fique bloqueada.
5) Prima a tecla 3. A luz de controlo vermelha - acende-se. Assim que
o processo de selagem estiver concluído, a luz de controlo vermelha -
apaga-se.
NOTA
► Pode interromper o processo de selagem em qualquer altura, premindo
a tecla !. A luz de controlo vermelha -apaga-se.
ATENÇÃO - DANOS MATERIAIS
Se a luz de controlo vermelha - não se apagar dentro de
10 segundos, há uma avaria no aparelho!
► Retire imediatamente a ficha da tomada de alimentação elétrica. Não tente
reparar, você mesmo, o aparelho. Dirija-se ao serviço de apoio ao cliente.
6) Abra a tampa do aparelho , pressionando os desbloqueios da tampa
e levante a tampa do aparelho para cima. Retire o saco. Este está agora
selado numa extremidade.
NOTA
► Certifique-se de que a costura de selagem está executada devidamente.
Uma costura de selagem correta deve ser um risco liso, direito e sem
rugas.
7) Encha o saco. Tem de deixar no mínimo 6 cm de saco até à aresta a selar.
ATENÇÃO - DANOS MATERIAIS
► Encha o saco de tal forma que não saiam restos de alimentos ou líquidos
na selagem e possam entrar para dentro do aparelho.
8) Se não pretender fechar o saco com vácuo, sele o outro lado aberto.
NOTA
► Aguarde 15 segundos antes de selar o saco seguinte, para que o apare-
lho possa arrefecer.
Durante esta fase de arrefecimento, não pode iniciar a função “Selar”.

Embalar em vácuo com película tubular
Ao selar também pode aspirar o ar do saco (embalar em vácuo):
ATENÇÃO - DANOS MATERIAIS
► Não embale em vácuo sacos que contenham líquidos. Estes entram assim
no aparelho e danificam-no.
1) Coloque a extremidade aberta do saco dentro do aparelho, de forma que a
abertura do saco fique centrada dentro do anel vedante inferior . O saco
pode chegar no máximo até aos limites traseiros e tem de ficar entre os
limites dianteiros . Caso contrário a embalagem em vácuo e a selagem
não funcionam.
2) Feche a tampa do aparelho . Certifique-se de que ambos os cantos da
tampa do aparelho encaixam. Prima estes, em caso de necessidade,
mais uma vez nas marcações e para baixo, para que a tampa do
aparelho encaixe e fique bloqueada.
NOTA
► Observe se o anel vedante superior e o anel vedante inferior não
estão danificados! Caso contrário o aparelho não pode aspirar o ar do
saco.
► Se um dos anéis vedantes / estiver danificado, remova-o simplesmen-
te da cavidade e pressione o anel vedante sobresselente para dento da
mesma.

3) Prima a tecla .. A luz de controlo verde 0 acende-se e o aparelho
retira o ar do saco. Assim que o ar tenha sido aspirado, a luz de controlo
verde 0 apaga-se e a luz de controlo vermelha - acende-se. O aparelho
sela então o saco.
4) Se ambas as luzes de controlo -/0 estiverem apagadas, pode abrir a
tampa, carregando nos desbloqueios da tampa e levantando a tampa
do aparelho para cima. Retire o saco embalado em vácuo e selado.
NOTA
► Pode interromper o processo de embalagem em vácuo em qualquer altura,
premindo a tecla !. A luz de controlo verde 0 apaga-se depois.
Se premir novamente a tecla ., o processo de embalar em vácuo é
continuado.
Se o aparelho já tiver mudado para o processo de selagem e a luz de
controlo vermelha - estiver acesa, o processo pode ser interrompido com
a tecla !. O aparelho para o processo de selagem.
► Quando tiver embalado em vácuo e selado 5 sacos seguidos, deixe
o aparelho arrefecer durante aprox. 1 minuto.
Durante esta fase de arrefecimento, não pode iniciar o aparelho.
Após a fase de arrefecimento, pode utilizar o aparelho normalmente.
DICA - "COZINHAR SOUS-VIDE"
► Visto que a película inclusa é adequada para temperaturas entre -20°C
e +100°C, pode usá-las para o chamado "Cozinhar Sous-vide" (cozinhar
em vácuo).
"Sous-vide" é francês e significa "sob vácuo".
Ao cozinhar em vácuo os alimentos (principalmente peixe e carne, todavia
também é possível cozinhar legumes) são selados num saco de vácuo
e depois cozinhados dentro deste a temperaturas baixas (aprox. entre
50 e 90 °C) em banho-maria ou sob vapor. Isto tem a vantagem que as
substâncias aromáticas ou os aromas voláteis não podem sair durante a
cozedura. Os alimentos a cozinhar não secam e as vitaminas e aromas
são conservados. Ervas aromáticas ou condimentos, que são selados
conjuntamente no saco de vácuo, dão o seu sabor de forma mais intensa
aos alimentos a cozinhar.

Limpeza
PERIGO
Perigo de morte devido a choque elétrico!
► Retire a ficha de rede da tomada, antes de iniciar a limpeza.
► Certifique-se de que, durante a limpeza, não se infiltra humidade no
aparelho.
ATENÇÃO
Possibilidade de danos no aparelho.
► Não utilize detergentes agressivos ou abrasivos dado que estes podem
afetar a superfície da caixa.
► Não utilize objetos duros ou afiados, para retirar eventuais restos de cola
do fio para selar . Caso contrário o fio para selar ou o isolamento
podem ser danificados.
Limpar o aparelho
♦ Limpe a superfície da caixa com um pano ligeiramente humedecido e com
um detergente da loiça suave.
♦ Limpe o anel vedante superior e o anel vedante inferior , bem como
a junta de compressão com um pano húmido. Assegure-se de que o
aparelho está seco antes de o voltar a utilizar.
Armazenamento
O aparelho possui um dispositivo de enrolamento do cabo integrado na
parte inferior da caixa, no qual pode enrolar o cabo de rede em caso de não
utilização. Desta forma, evita que o cabo de rede fique entalado, sujo ou que
se torne uma fonte de perigo por ficar suspenso de forma solta:

► Quando guardar o aparelho, não deixe que a tampa do aparelho
encaixe! Quando a tampa do aparelho está encaixada, é exercida
uma pressão constante sobre o anel vedante superior e o anel vedante
inferior , bem como sobre a junta de compressão . Estes podem ser,
por isso, prejudicados no seu funcionamento.
♦ Guarde o aparelho num local limpo e seco sem radiação solar direta.

Nunca deposite o aparelho no lixo doméstico comum.
