Bereiding
1. Prepareer de meloen, de wortels en de appel
conform de instructies in de handleiding voor
de sapcentrifuge.
2. Pers eerst de meloen uit, dan de wortels en de
appel.
3. Voeg een beejte spijsolie toe en roer alles dooreen.

Ingrediënten
3 kiwi's
3 wortels
1 appel
1 sinaasappel
2 TL tarwekiemolie
Bereiding
1. Prepareer de kiwi, de wortels, de sinaasappel
en de appel conform de instructies in de hand-
leiding voor de sapcentrifuge.
2. Pers eerst de kiwi, dan de sinaasappel, alsmede
de wortels en de appel uit.
3. Voeg de 2 TL tarwekiemolie toe en roer alles
door elkaar.
Ananas-mango-drink
2 personen
Ingrediënten
1/2 ananas
1/2 mango
1 appel
1 sinaasappel
2 TL tarwekiemolie
Bereiding
1 Prepareer de vruchten conform de instructies in
de handleiding voor de sapcentrifuge.
2. Pers eerst de ananas uit, dan de mango.
3. Pers de appel en de sinaasappel uit.
4. Vermeng de sappen.
5. Voeg de 2 TL tarwekiemolie toe en roer alles
door elkaar.
Mango-vanille-soja-drink
3 - 4 personen
Ingrediënten
1/2 mango
2 wortels
1 appel
1 sinaasappel
ca. 200 ml vanille sojamelk
Bereiding
1. Prepareer de vruchten conform de instructies in
de handleiding voor de sapcentrifuge.
2. Pers eerst de wortels uit, dan de appel.
3. Pers de sinaasappel uit.
4. Schil de mango en snijd deze in stukjes.
5. Vermeng de sappen en voeg de stukjes mango
toe.
6. Alles pureren met een staafmixer.
7. Doe op het laatst de vanille sojamelk erbij en
meng alles nog een keer goed dooreen.
