Mango-roomijs

Ingrediënten

■ 90 g mangovruchtvlees

■ 90 ml/90 g volle melk

■ 50 ml/50 g slagroom

■ 25 g poedersuiker

Bereiding

1) Pureer het mangovruchtvlees.

2) Klop de slagroom stijf.

3) Meng het gepureerde mangovruchtvlees met

de slagroom, de melk en de poedersuiker.

4) Laat het mengsel in de koelkast afkoelen tot

ca. 5 - 10 °C.

Nu kunt u het mengsel verwerken tot ijs, zoals

beschreven in de gebruiksaanwijzing.

Noten-roomijs

Ingrediënten

■ 40 g noten

■ 80 ml/80 g volle melk

■ 60 ml/60 g slagroom

■ 50 g poedersuiker

Bereiding

1) Hak de noten klein.

2) Klop de slagroom stijf.

3) Meng de melk, de slagroom en de poedersuiker.

4) Laat het mengsel in de koelkast afkoelen tot

ca. 5 - 10 °C.

5) Doe na het afkoelen het mengsel in het appa-

raat, zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk "IJs

maken".

6) Wacht ca. 5 minuten en voeg dan, zonder het

apparaat uit te schakelen, de ﬁ jngehakte noten

beetje bij beetje toe in het apparaat.

7) Wacht tot het ijs gereed is.
