Crème glacée à la mangue

Ingrédients

■ 90 g de chair de mangue

■ 90 ml/90 g de lait entier

■ 50 ml/50 g de crème liquide

■ 25 g de sucre glace

Préparation

1) Réduisez la chair de mangue en purée.

2) Battez la crème pour qu'elle devienne ferme.

3) Mélangez la purée de mangue avec la crème,

le lait et le sucre glace.

4) Laissez refroidir la masse de glace à env.

5 - 10 °C au réfrigérateur

Vous pouvez à présent transformer en glace la

masse de glace comme c'est indiqué dans les

instructions.

Crème glacée aux noix

Ingrédients

■ 40 g de noix

■ 80 ml/80 g de lait entier

■ 60 ml/60 g de crème liquide

■ 50 g de sucre glace

Préparation

1) Hachez les noix en petits morceaux.

2) Battez la crème pour qu'elle devienne ferme.

3) Mélangez le lait, la crème et le sucre glace.

4) Laissez refroidir la masse de glace à env.

5 - 10 °C au réfrigérateur.

5) Après cette phase de réfrigération, versez

le mélange dans l'appareil comme décrit au

chapitre "Fabrication de la glace".

6) Attendez env. 5 minutes et ajoutez ensuite

progressivement les noix hachées sans arrêter

l'appareil.

7) Attendez que la crème glacée soit prête.
