► Vi rekommenderar att vispa den grädde som
ingår i recepten först. Eftersom det är svårt
att vispa så lite grädde rekommenderar vi att
man tar lite mer och sedan använder det som
blir över till att garnera den färdiga glassen.
Vaniljglass
Ingredienser
■ 170 ml helmjölk
■ 85 ml/85 g grädde
■ 25 g fl orsocker
■ 10 g vaniljsocker
Tillagning
1) Lösvispa grädden.
2) Blanda grädden med mjölk, vaniljsocker och
fl orsocker.
3) Låt blandningen stå och kallna i ca 5 - 10 °C
i kylskåpet.
Sedan kan du göra glass efter beskrivningen.
Jordgubbsglass
Ingredienser
■ ca 120 g jordgubbar
■ 70 ml/70 g helmjölk
■ 60 ml/60 g grädde
■ 30 g fl orsocker
Tillagning
1) Mosa jordgubbarna
2) Lösvispa grädden.
3) Blanda de mosade jordgubbarna med grädde,
mjölk och fl orsocker.
4) Låt blandningen stå och kallna i ca 5 - 10 °C
i kylskåpet.
Sedan kan du göra glass efter beskrivningen.
Bananglass
Ingredienser
■ 1/2 - 1 banan (ca 75g)
■ 115 ml/115 g helmjölk
■ 55 ml/55 g grädde
■ 35 g fl orsocker
Tillagning
1) Mosa bananen
2) Lösvispa grädden.
3) Blanda den mosade bananen med grädde,
mjölk och fl orsocker.
4) Låt blandningen stå och kallna i ca 5 - 10 °C
i kylskåpet.
Sedan kan du göra glass efter beskrivningen.
