¡Daños en el aparato!
Daños en el aparato por un uso inadecuado del mismo.
En ningún caso guarde el helado terminado en el reci-
piente de aluminio, sino que debe utilizar vajilla apta
para congelar.
Después de preparar el helado, limpie con cuidado las
piezas del aparato (recipiente de aluminio, tapa y acce-
sorio de batir) según se describe en Página 191.
10. Recetas
10.1. Receta básica de helado (helado de vainilla)
Ingredientes (1-2 raciones) Preparación
1 yema de huevo (tamaño M)
30 g de azúcar en polvo
1 paquete de azúcar de vainilla
150 ml de leche 3,5 % (fría)
150 ml de nata montada (fría)
Mezcle bien la yema con el azúcar en polvo y
el azúcar de vainilla en una fuente hasta que
el azúcar se disuelva y se forme una pasta cla-
ra cremosa.
Añada la leche sin dejar de remover.
Monte la nata y añádala con cuidado a la
pasta.
Deje reposar en la nevera la pasta de helado
terminada durante aprox. 2 horas.
Vierta la pasta de helado refrigerada previa-
mente en la heladera.
Para iniciar el proceso de fabricación selec-
cione la tecla «Helado».
Duración de la preparación: aprox. 80 minutos (el
tiempo puede variar en función de la consistencia
deseada).
Debido al batido previo de la nata, la cantidad de
pasta de helado excede la cantidad de llenado
admisible. No obstante, en esta receta no se ex-
cede la capacidad del recipiente.
