Helado de nueces
Ingredientes
100g de nueces
250ml/250g de leche entera
200ml/200g de nata
200g de azúcar glas
1sobre de azúcar vainillado
1yema de huevo
Preparación
1) Parta las nueces en trozos pequeños.
2) Bata las yemas de huevo con el azúcar vai-
nillado y el azúcar glas hasta que la masa
adquiera un color claro.
3) Monte la nata para que esté más espesa.
4) Añada la leche y la nata a la mezcla.
5) Guarde la mezcla en la nevera durante aprox.
4horas.
6) Tras esto, introduzca la mezcla en el aparato
de la manera descrita en el capítulo "Prepara-
ción del helado".
7) Espere aprox. 5minutos y, a continuación,
añada las nueces troceadas poco a poco sin
apagar el aparato.
8) Espere hasta que el helado esté listo.
Sorbete de kiwi
Ingredientes
Aprox. 5kiwis (aprox. 390g de pulpa)
1lima
100g de azúcar
Preparación
1) Pele los kiwis y retire el pedúnculo.
2) Corte la pulpa en pequeños dados.
3) Rocíe la pulpa con el zumo recién exprimido
de la lima.
4) Guarde la pulpa durante 1hora en el conge-
lador.
5) Hierva el azúcar con 100ml de agua hasta
formar un almíbar. Deje enfriar el almíbar.
6) Triture la pulpa junto con el almíbar con una
batidora.
A continuación, podrá procesar la masa para
preparar el sorbete de la manera indicada en
estas instrucciones.
