NOTA: em vez de gema de ovo, pode tam-
bém utilizar um estabilizador de natas
(1colher de chá de estabilizador por cada
2 gemas).
Gelado de banana
1 banana grande madura
200 ml de leite magro
100 ml de natas batidas
(30% de gordura)
50 g de açúcar em pó
1. Desfaça a banana em puré.
2. Bata as natas até ficarem firmes.
3. Misture bem a banana desfeita com os
restantes ingredientes e envolva as na-
tas batidas até formar uma massa ho-
mogénea.
Gelado de baunilha
2 gemas de ovo
200 ml de leite magro
200 ml de natas batidas
(30% de gordura)
50 g de açúcar em pó
1 a 2 pacotes pequenos de açúcar de
baunilha
1. Bata as gemas de ovo com o açúcar
em pó e de baunilha até obter uma
massa de cor clara.
2. Adicione o leite frio.
3. Bata as natas até ficarem firmes.
4. Acrescente as natas batidas à massa e
envolva-as até se formar uma massa
homogénea.
NOTA: pode adicionar frutas e depois ado-
çar a gosto.
Gelado de morango
2 gemas de ovo
200 ml de leite magro
200 ml de natas batidas
(30% de gordura)
70 g de açúcar em pó
300 g de morangos
1. Bata as gemas de ovo com o açúcar
em pó até obter uma massa de cor cla-
ra.
2. Adicione o leite frio.
3. Bata as natas até ficarem firmes.
4. Acrescente as natas batidas à massa e
envolva-as até se formar uma massa
homogénea.
5. Desfaça os morangos em puré.
6. Acrescente os morangos desfeitos à
massa e envolva-os até formar uma
massa homogénea.
NOTA: adicione açúcar e fruta a gosto.
Gelado de chocolate
2 gemas
200 ml de leite magro
200 ml de nata (30 % de gordura)
80 g de cacau em pó para bebida
1. Bata juntos a gema, o cacau em pó
para bebida e o leite.
2. Bata as natas até ficarem bem firmes.
3. Junte a nata à massa e misture até até
obter uma massa homogênea.
