1. Zwarte thee koken.
2. 4 Sinaasappels en 2 citroenen
uitpersen.
3. 2 Sinaasappels en 1 citroen in dunnen
schijfje snijden.
4. Zwarte thee, wijn, sap, fruitschijfjes en
kaneelstokjes in de pan vullen.
5. De ingrediënten slechts licht aan de
kook brengen.
6. De suiker er langzaam inroeren en
daarbij steeds proberen of de
theepunsch niet te zoet wordt.
7. Tot slot een stevige schuit rum toevoegen
(hoeveelheid naar smaak).
8. Nog ca. 30 minuten bij lichte hitte laten
intrekken.
Aanwijzing: Bij de bereiding in de
inmaakautomaat kiest u bij het aan de kook
brengen 100 °C. Voor het intrekken en
warm houden reduceert u de temperatuur
op ca. 80 °C. De theepunsch moet alleen
heet zijn, maar mag niet koken omdat
anders de alcohol verloren gaat.
