3. 2 Orangen und 1 Zitrone in dünne
Scheiben schneiden.
4. Schwarztee, Wein, Saft, Obstscheiben
und Zimtstangen in den Topf geben.
5. Die Zutaten nur leicht aufkochen.
6. Langsam den Zucker einrühren und
dabei ständig abschmecken, damit der
Teepunsch nicht zu süß wird.
7. Zum Schluss einen kräftigen Schuss Rum
dazugeben (Menge nach Geschmack).
8. Noch ca. 30 min bei sanfter Hitze durch-
ziehen lassen.
Hinweis: Bei der Zubereitung im Einkoch-
automaten wählen Sie beim Aufkochen
100 °C. Zum Ziehen und Warmhalten redu-
zieren Sie die Temperatur auf ca. 80 °C.
Der Teepunsch soll nur heiß sein, nicht
kochen, da sonst der Alkohol verloren geht.
