Opskrifter
Grunddej
Til ca. 20 stk.
250 g margarine eller smør (blødt)
200 g sukker
2 breve vaniljesukker
5 æg
500 g mel
5 g bagepulver
400 ml mælk
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk æggene, og rør dem sammen med sukker og
margarine/smør til en glat dej. Tilsæt vaniljesukker.
Tilsæt mel og bagepulver, og rør det sammen.
Tilsæt derefter mælken lidt efter lidt under omrøring,
indtil dejen er glat og har en blød konsistens.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel i
ca. 3 min., indtil de er gyldenbrune.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Cremefraiche-vafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
200 g blødt smør
150 g sukker
4 æg
250 g cremefraiche
300 g mel
100 g maizena
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukker og æg, indtil
massen skummer. Hæld cremefraichen i, og tilsæt
derefter mel og maizena.
Kom ca. 2 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel
gyldenbrun på ca. 3 min.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
Chokoladevafler
Til ca. 8 stk.
200 g blødt smør
200 g sukker
4 æg
150 g cremefraiche
80 g chokoladestykker
200 g mel
Klap vaffeljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukkeret, æggene og
cremefraichen. Rør chokoladestykkerne og melet i.
Kom ca. 2 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaffeljernet. Bag hver vaffel
gyldenbrun på ca. 3 min.
Læg derefter de færdige vafler på en bagerist.
