13. Lekkere wafelrecepten
1. Basisdeeg
Voor ca. 20 stuks
250 g margarine of boter (kamertemperatuur)
ca. 250 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
5 eieren
500g meel
1 pakje bakpoeder
500 ml melk
1 scheutje rum
De bakvlakken invetten, dichtklappen en verwar-
men.
De eieren loskloppen en met de suiker en de mar-
garine/boter tot een glad beslag roeren. Vanillesui-
ker en rum toevoegen. Meel en bakpoeder toevoe-
gen en door elkaar roeren.
Tot slot de melk beetje bij beetje erdoor roeren, tot
het beslag glad en zacht is.
Doe steeds ongeveer 2 EL deeg op het midden van
de onderste bakvlakken en sluit het wafelijzer. Bak
elke wafel in ongeveer 3 min. goudbruin. Leg de
wafels als ze klaar zijn op een rooster.
2. Amandelwafels
Voor ca. 8 stuks
200 g zachte boter
200 g gemalen amandelen
300 g meel
100 g zure room
1/4 l melk
1 TL zout
1 TL kerriepoeder
Vet het wafelijzer in, klap het dicht en warm het op.
Meng de boter met de amandelen, het meel, de
zure room, de melk, het zout en het kerriepoeder.
Proef het deeg en voeg zo nodig nog wat kruiden
toe.
Doe steeds ongeveer 2 EL deeg op het midden van
het onderste bakvlak en sluit het wafelijzer. Bak elke
wafel in ongeveer 3 min. goudbruin. Leg de wafels
die klaar zijn op een bakrooster.
