Atendedor de chamadas
Quando configurar o dispositivo pela primeira vez, o atendedor de chamadas estará ativado por
predefinição com a mensagem de boas-vindas predefinida. Tem de decidir se deseja o atendedor
de chamadas ligado ou desligado. É possível reconhecer o estado do atendedor de chamadas a
partir do visor da base [17].
Pode convenientemente configurar o atendedor de chamadas a partir do telefone
portátil. Para uma descrição mais detalhada, consulte o capítulo “Ans Machine
(Atendedor de Chamadas)” na página 317. Também é possível definir algumas
opções diretamente na base. Para mais informação, consulte o capítulo “Base” na
página 310.
Se tiverem sido deixadas mensagens no atendedor de chamadas, tal será indicado no telefone
portátil. O número de mensagens novas pisca no visor [17] da base.
Pode ouvir as mensagens premindo simplesmente o botão Reproduzir [20] na base.
Se o visor [17] mostrar “FL”, a memória do atendedor de chamadas está cheia. Não podem ser
guardadas mais mensagens, mesmo se o atendedor de chamadas estiver ativo. Apague quaisquer
mensagens para ser possível gravar mais mensagens.
Para apagar todas as mensagens antigas, prima e mantenha premido o botão Apagar
Mensagens [16]. Quando perguntado, prima novamente o botão Apagar Mensagens [16] para
apagar as mensagens.
No telefone portátil, pode facilmente ouvir as novas mensagens premindo o botão da lista
telefónica [3].
Se já tiver ouvido as mensagens mas não as tiver apagado, o visor da base [17]
mostra o número de mensagens. Esta indicação não pisca.
Se o atendedor de chamadas já tiver começado a gravar uma mensagem duma
chamada recebida, ainda é possível atender a chamada, premido o botão da lista
telefónica [3].
