Descaling the Base of the
Appliance / Water Tank

j Descale the base of the appliance / water tank

regularly in order to maintain the steam gen-
eration and to extend the lifespan of the appli-
ance. The amount of limescale deposit caused
will depend on the water hardness type. Descale
the tank

after every seventh to tenth use.
Slight and persistent scale:
j For slight scale, use a cloth moistened with
vinegar.
j Wipe the scaled areas with it.
j Use correspondingly more vinegar for persistent
scale.
j Then rinse and dry the appliance thoroughly.
Descale the base of the appliance /
water tank:
j Place the turbo ring

j Fill the inside of the turbo ring

decalcifier.
j Do not heat the appliance.
j Leave the appliance to descale overnight.
j Pour the decalcifier out and rinse the appliance
thoroughly.
j Then wipe and dry the appliance thoroughly.
