Self-cleaning function
The product features a self-cleaning function
that removes dirt and calcification from its steam
channels.
If you are using tap water: Use the self-cleaning
function after each use.
After approximately 7 operating hours of steam
ironing, Self Clean

starts flashing blue.
Fill the water tank

. Push the water tank back
into the base station

(see “Filling the water
tank”).
Turn the temperature control 4 to the
min position.
Connect the power plug

to a suitable power
socket.
Set the temperature control 4 to the highest
temperature (turn control clockwise all the way).
Switching on the product: Press

. The
indicator is flashing blue. The heat indicator

flashes in the display 6 as long as the steam
iron 1 did not reach the set temperature.
When the set temperature is reached,

the heat indicator

are lit continuously in the
display 6.
Press and hold Mode

for 5 seconds.
Self Clean

flashes blue.
The product heats up.
Hold the steam iron 1 horizontally above a sink
with the soleplate 8 facing down.
Press and hold the steam burst button 5 until no
more steam or boiling/dirty water escapes.
The product switches off automatically after
completing the self-cleaning function.
Disconnect the power plug

from the power
socket.
Use the handle

to pull the water tank

out
of the base station

. Pour the water through the
filling aperture

into a sink.
Locking the steam iron
Place the steam iron 1 on the storage platform
9 of the base station

Insert the front side of the steam iron 1 into the
push-in lock 7.
Check that the steam iron 1 is correctly seated
on the storage platform 9. Push the lock switch

to the right . The steam iron 1 is now
firmly connected to the base station

Storage
Place the connecting hose 2 in the middle and
push it into the hose storage

(Fig. E).
Store the product in the original packaging when
it is not in use.
Store the product at a dry location out of the
reach of children.
Store the product only with the water tank

emptied.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which
are marked with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with following meaning: 1 – 7:
plastics / 20 – 22: paper and fibreboard /
80 – 98: composite materials
The product and packaging materials are
recyclable, dispose of it separately for
better waste treatment.
The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority
for more details of how to dispose of your
worn-out product.
