Ironing without steam

NOTE

Always set the temperature control 4 to the lowest level (min) before switching

the appliance on. The symbols on the temperature control 4 correspond to

the following settings:

♦ Insert the plug into a mains power socket.

♦ Set the On/Oﬀ switch w to the position "1" to switch the appliance on. The

integrated control lamp in the On/Oﬀ switch w and the heat-up indicator

lamp 3 light up, the "MAX" button z ﬂashes.

♦ Turn the temperature control 4 to set the required ironing temperature.

♦ The heat-up indicator lamp 3 lights up during heating. As soon as the heat-

up indicator lamp 3 goes out, the set temperature has been reached and

you can start ironing.

♦ Put the iron down on the stand 7 on the base station q after ironing.

Set the temperature control 4 to "min".

♦ Set the On/Oﬀ switch w to the position "0" to switch the appliance oﬀ. The

integrated control lamp in the On/Oﬀ switch w and the "MAX" button z

go out.

♦ Pull the plug out of the

mains socket.
