Utilize chocolate de leite ou chocolate amargo. Se
pincelar a massa depois de amassada com uma
1 CS leite, a côdea ficará mais escura.

300 ml de água/leite
2 CS de manteiga
2 ovos
1,5 C. de chá de sal
1,5 CS de mel
600 g de farinha tipo 550
1 pacote de fermento seco
Programa 5 Expresso
Pão de trigo Expresso
360 ml de água
5 CS de óleo
4 C. de chá de açúcar
4 C. de chá de sal
630 g de farinha de trigo tipo 405
1 pacote de fermento seco
Pão de pimenta e amêndoas
300 ml de água
540 g de farinha tipo 550
1 C. de chá de sal
1 c. chá de açúcar
2 CS de manteiga
100 g de amêndoa laminada (tostada)
1 CS de grãos de pimenta verde de conserva
3/4 pacote de fermento seco
Pão de cenoura
330 ml de água
1,5 CS de manteiga
600 g de farinha tipo 550
90 g de cenouras cortadas bem finas
2 C. de chá de sal
1,5 C. de chá de açúcar
1 pacote de fermento seco
Programa 6 Massa (para amassar)
Massa para pizza (para 2 pizzas)
300 ml de água
1 CS de azeite
3/4 C. de chá de sal
2 C. de chá de açúcar
450 g de farinha de trigo tipo 405
1 pacote de fermento seco
Massa para pizza integral
300 ml de água
1 CS de azeite
3/4 C. de chá de sal
1 CS de mel
450 g de farinha de trigo integral
50 g de gérmen de trigo
1 pacote de fermento seco
Estenda a massa e deixe-a levedar durante aprox.
10 minutos. Adicione os ingredientes a gosto e
coza a pizza a 180°C, durante aprox. 20 minu-
tos.

200 ml de água
50 g de manteiga
3/4 C. de chá de sal
1 ovo
3 CS de açúcar
500 g de farinha do tipo 1050
50 g farelo de trigo
1 pacote de fermento seco
