Programma 10 Gebak
Voor dit programma zijn kant-en-klare taartbakmi-
xen bijzonder geschikt. Neem de bereidingsvoor-
schriften op de verpakking in acht.
Programma 11 Jam
Confituur of jam kan in de broodbakmachine snel
en gemakkelijk worden toebereid. Ook als u nog
nooit confituur of jam heeft gekocht, moet u dit
eens uitproberen. U krijgt namelijk een bijzonder
goed smakende jam.
Ga hierbij als volgt te werk:
Was de verse, rijpe vruchten. Schil de appels,
perziken, peren en eventuele andere vruchten
met harde schil.
Houd u aan de aangegeven hoeveelheden,
omdat deze exact zijn afgestemd op het pro-
gramma JAM. Anders kookt de massa te vroeg
en loopt over.
Weeg de vruchten af, snijd ze in kleine stukjes
(max.1 cm) of pureer ze en doe ze in de bak.
