Tableau des durées de friture
Le tableau donne des exemples d'aliments et de la température à laquelle ils doivent être frits, et quelle est
la durée de friture recherchée. Si les instructions figurant sur l'emballage de l'aliment sont différentes de celles
indiquées dans ce tableau, suivez les instructions données sur l'emballage.
De petites divergences de température peuvent apparaître au niveau des indications de degrés. Les valeurs
mentionnées dans le tableau le sont à titre indicatif. Elles se rapportent par ex. à des quantités de près de
300 grammes. Les durées peuvent toutefois varier selon la nature des aliments.
En cas de quantités plus importantes, veuillez toujours à ce qu'après abaissement du panier à fritures 3,
les aliments à frire soient entièrement recouverts de graisse/d'huile.
