Fjern servicekurven (7), og skru dækslet til saltbeholderen af (10).
Fyld inden første brug ca. 0,5 l vand i saltbeholderen (10) (se fig. L).
Fyld med et egnet hjælpemiddel, f.eks. en almindelig tragt, 130 g opvaskesalt i saltbe-
holderens åbning (10). Det er normalt, at der kommer vand ud af saltbeholderen (10).
Når saltbeholderen (10) er fuld skal du skrue dækslet fast igen i urets retning (se fig.
L).
For at undgå skader på maskinen, skal du altid starte hurtig-programmet uden service,
når du har påfyldt salt (se kapitel ”10.5. Valg af opvaskeprogram” på side 396).
Saltbeholderen (10) skal fyldes op, når saltadvarselslampen tænder. Når
saltforbruget er blevet indstillet iht. ”9.4. Indstilling af saltforbrug” på side
387, og saltbeholderen (10) er blevet fyldt op, så slukker saltadvarselslam-
pen.
Hvis der befinder sig saltrester i maskinen, skal du starte et hurtigprogram for at skylle dem
væk.
9.4. Indstilling af saltforbrug
For at opnå gode opvaskeresultater skal opvaskemaskinen bruge kalkfattigt vand. Ved til-
sætningen af regenereringssalt opnås den nødvendige vandhårdhed ved hjælp af blød-
gøringsanlægget. For at opretholde blødgøringsanlæggets funktion gennemføres der
regelmæssigt en regeneration, som ved gennemførelsen medfører et højere vand- og
energiforbrug (se nedenstående tabel).
Du skal indstille saltforbruget afhængig af den lokale vandhårdhed.
Se i nedenstående tabel, hvilken indstilling din lokale vandhårdhed kræver.
Forhør dig evt. om vandhårdheden hos dit vandforsyningsselskab.
