Storingen / Problemen oplossen
De robotstofzuiger kondigt veel voorkomende
storingen met een korte pieptoon aan:
Nr. Geluid Oorzaak Oplossing
01 ·De wieltjes 32 of zijborstels 30
functioneren niet.
Controleer de wieltjes 32 of
zijborstels 30 .
02 ·· De anti-fall-sensoren 31 en de
stootrand 4 functioneren niet.
Reinig de anti-fall-sensoren 31
en schud aan de stootrand
4 om eventuele vuilresten te
verwijderen.
03 ··· De robotstofzuiger rijdt niet
meer verder.
Draag de robotstofzuiger
naar een andere plek en start
hem opnieuw.
Opmerking: als geen van de genoemde oplos-
singen verder helpt, neem dan de volgende maat-
regelen:
Reset de robotstofzuiger door hem met de
aan/uit-knop 5 uit en weer aan te zetten.
Als de robotstofzuiger ook na het resetten niet
werkt, neem dan contact op met de klantenser-
vice.
Storing Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
De robotstofzuiger rijdt herhaal-
delijk tegen obstakels.
De stootrand 4 is ingedrukt en
kan niet terugveren.
Klop 10–20 keer tegen de stoot-
rand 4 om eventueel vuil onder
de stootrand 4 weg te halen, of
haal de stootrand 4 los.
De bedrijfsduur van de robotstof-
zuiger is te kort.
De accu is niet volledig
opgeladen.
Laad de robotstofzuiger
opnieuw op.
De ‚Start- / Pauze‘-knop 2 gaat
tijdens het opladen niet branden.
- Het netsnoer 11 met netadap-
ter is niet correct aangesloten.
- De laadpen 10 op het laadsta-
tion 9 wordt door iets geblok-
keerd, bijvoorbeeld door
dierenhaar.
- Controleer of de netadapter bij
deze robotstofzuiger past.
- Reinig de laadpen 10 op het
laadstation 9.
De zuigfunctie van de robotstof-
zuiger laat te wensen over. Het heavy-duty-filter 27 is ver-
vuild of vochtig.
Reinig het heavy-duty-filter 27 of
vervang het door een nieuwe.
Het stofreservoir 19 verliest vuil. Het stofreservoir 19 is te vol. Leeg het stofreservoir 19 .
