12. Faults and remedies
Fault Remedy
No function Is the mains plug connected to the socket?
Plug the mains plug into a socket.
Set the heat level to switch on the appliance.
The crêpe is too light. Leave the crêpe to cook for a little longer.
Set the temperature control (3) higher, if nec-
essary.
The crêpe is too dark. Set the temperature control (3) lower, if nec-
essary.
The crêpe is sticking to the cook-
ing surface.
Grease the cooking plate, if necessary, using
a brush and a little cooking oil.
