Belgické vafle Brownie
Platne:
Platňa na vafle (horná a spodná platňa)

2 Vajec, oddelené
150 g Cukru
100 g Nesoleného masla, rozpusteného
160 ml Mlieka
160 g Univerzálnej múky
40 g Nesladeného kakaového prášku
½ ČL Prášku do pečiva
100 g Malých kúskov čokolády
Voliteľné oblohy: Vanilková zmrzlina,
čokoládová poleva, práškový cukor
Príprava:
Predhrejeme produkt.
V miske vyšľaháme bielka s cukrom do tuhého
snehu. Odložíme bokom.
V druhej miske vyšľaháme žĺtka. Pridáme mlieko a
rozpustené maslo a zamiešame.
V inej miske preosejeme spolu suché prísady.
Pridáme zmes žĺtok. Cesto vymiešame do hladka.
Zamiešame bielka vyšľahané do tuha.
Primiešame malé kúsky čokolády.
Hornú i spodnú platňu nasprejujeme tukom na
pečenie (na báze masla).
Cesto rovnomerne rozotrieme na dolnú platňu.
Pečieme približne 5minút (kým je cesto úplne
sformované, ale ešte mäkké).
Podávame s práškovým cukrom, vanilkovou
zmrzlinou alebo čokoládovou polevou.

Platne:
Platne s motívom (spodná platňa, konkávna)

250 g Cukru
125 g Masla, rozpusteného
2 Vajec
250 ml Teplej vody (30°C)
250 g Múky
Príprava:
Predhrejeme produkt.
V miske zmiešame vajíčka a cukor na ľahkú,
svetložltú zmes.
K zmesi pridáme rozpustené maslo. Dobre
zmiešame.
Preosejeme múku do zmesi a pridáme vodu.
Cesto miešame nízkou rýchlosťou a vymiešame
ho do hladka.
Hornú i spodnú platňu nasprejujeme tukom na
pečenie (na báze masla).
Cesto rovnomerne rozotrieme na dolnú platňu.
Pečieme približne 7minút (kým je cesto
zlatohnedé a plne sformované, ale ešte mäkké).
