9.1 Údené rebierko s
ružičkovým kelom a
zemiakmi
Suroviny:
500 g ružičkový kel, čerstvý
500 g zemiaky, čerstvé, ošúpané a
rozštvrtené
400 g bravčové rebierko v kuse
•soľ, čierne korenie, muškátový oriešok
Príprava:
Celková doba prípravy v parnom hrnci:
45 minút
1. Očistite ružičkový kel a vložte ho do
koša 3.
2. Ošúpte zemiaky, rozštvrťte ich a vložte
do koša 2.
3. Bravčové rebierko vložte do koša 1 a
zapnite parný hrniec.
4. Po 5 – 10 minútach parný hrniec otvor-
te a vložte parný kôš 2. Pokračujte s
prípravou v parnom hrnci.
5. Po 20 minútach od začiatku prípravy v
parnom hrnci parný hrniec otvorte a
vložte parný kôš 3.
6. Pokračujte s prípravou v parnom hrnci
až do uplynutia doby prípravy.
7. Zemiaky trochu osoľte.
8. Ružičkový kel ochuťte soľou, čiernym
korením a muškátovým orieškom.
9. Pripravte omáčku podľa vašej chuti a
servírujte ju s pokrmom.
9.2 Filé z lososa so
zeleninou a ryžou
Suroviny pre 2 porcie:
300 g filé z lososa
•3 jarné cibuľky
200 g šampiňóny
•3 vňate zeleru
•2 mrkvy
čerstvý zázvor
sójová omáčka, ocot, olej, kajenské ko-
renie a karí na marinádu
•200 g ryže
•soľ
Príprava:
1. Filé z lososa nakrájajte na kocky a daj-
te do misky.
2. Pokvapkajte citrónovou šťavou.
3. Posypte trochou čerstvého, nastrúhané-
ho zázvoru a mierne posoľte.
4. Nechajte odstáť až do prípravy v par-
nom hrnci, aby korenie dobre vsiaklo.
5. Očistite jarné cibuľky, šampiňóny, zeler
a mrkvu, nakrájajte na približne rovna-
ké kúsky a dajte do misky.
6. Zmiešajte marinádu z 1 polievkovej ly-
žice sójovej omáčky, octu a oleja.
7. Marinádu ochuťte kajenským korením,
troškou nastrúhaného zázvoru, štipkou
soli a karí korením.
8. Zeleninu nakrájanú na malé kúsky
pokvapkajte marinádou a nechajte po-
stáť aspoň 30 minút.
9. Ryžu s príslušným množstvom vody a
štipkou soli vložte do misky na ryžu2.
10. Umiestnite misku na ryžu2 do parného
koša 1.
11. Nastavte dobu prípravy v parnom hrn-
ci, ktorá zodpovedá ryži a zapnite par-
ný hrniec.
12. Zeleninu vložte do parného koša 2.
13. 15 minút pred koncom doby prípravy
otvorte parný hrniec, vyberte misku na
ryžu2 s ryžou a umiestnite parný kôš
2 so zeleninou na parný kôš 1.
