The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does

not extend to product parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear and can

therefore be regarded as wear parts or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,

rechargeable batteries, baking moulds or parts made from glass.

This warranty expires if the product was damaged, serviced or not used appro-

priately. All instructions indicated in the operation instructions must be followed

precisely for the proper use of this product. It is imperative to avoid types of use

and any actions, which are advised or warned against in these operating instru-

ctions.

This product is only intended for private use and not for commercial use. This

warranty expires in the event of misuse and improper use, use of force or any

interference not carried out by our authorised service branch.

Processing of warranty claims

Please follow the instructions below, to ensure a quick processing of your claim:

▪ Please have the sales receipt and item number (IAN 338290_2001) as

proof of purchase available for all enquiries.

▪ The item number can be found on the type plate, an engraving, the cover

page of your instructions (bottom left) or the sticker on the back or bottom.

▪ If there is a malfunction or any other defect, ﬁrst contact the service depart-

ment listed below by phone or email.

▪ You can then forward a product recognised as defective postage free with the

proof of purchase (sales receipt) and a statement indicating what the defect
