Recepty
Vianočka
500 g múky
60 g masla
60 g cukru
7 g soli
42 g droždie (1 balíček čerstvého droždia)
200 ml mlieka
1 vajce
1 žĺtok
prípadne trochu kryštálového cukru
1) Vložte droždie do trochu vlažného mlieka
s cukrom.
2) Všetky ostatné prísady pridajte do misy na
šľahanie 8, len čo kvások trocha nakysne.
3) Prísady dobre premiešajte pomocou miesacieho
háka t.
4) Cesto nechajte cca 20 minút odpočívať.
5) Potom vytvarujte vianočku anechajte pečivo
kysnúť ďalších 30 minút.
6) Vianočku potrite trochou žĺtka.
UPOZORNENIE
Ak chcete, môžete vianočku posypať trochou
kryštálového cukru.
7) Pec predhrejte na cca 200 °C a vianočku
pečte cca 25 minút.
Čokoládový amaretto krém
500 ml smotany
500 ml mascarpone
100 g orieškovo-nugátového krému
5 PL amaretta
1 – 2 PL medu
1) Dajte smotanu a mascarpone do misy na
šľahanie 8 a vymiešajte pomocou šľahacích
metličiek r.
2) Pridajte k tomu postupne amaretto, med a
orieškovo-nugátový krém a všetko dôkladne
zmiešajte.
3) Naplňte krém do dezertných pohárov a chlaďte
ich až do konzumácie.
Čokoládový krém
300 g smotany
200 g horkej čokolády
1) Uvarte šľahačku.
2) Rozdrobte čokoládu a nechajte ju roztopiť
v smotane.
3) Čokoládovú hmotu nechajte v chladničke
vychladnúť tak, aby bola pevná.
4) Keď je hmota studená a pevná, vyšľahajte ju
pomocou šľahacích metličiek r do krémova.
Pred servírovaním ju posypte niekoľkými mandľový-
mi lupienkami.
UPOZORNENIE
Tento čokoládový krém môžete použiť tiež
ako plnku do iného pečiva.
