Časy dusenia
Nasledujúca tabuľka obsahuje prehľad o rôznych prísadách a ich približných
časoch dusenia. Hodnoty však môžu slúžiť iba ako orientačná pomôcka. Skutočný
čas dusenia okrem vašej osobnej chuti závisí od ďalších faktorov, napr. od výcho-
diskovej teploty, charakteru, veľkosti a množstva prísad alebo od pridaného
množstva tekutiny.
Väčšina mäsových a zeleninových jedál sa musí spravidla dusiť 5 – 8 hodín pri
“ a 3 – 5 hodín pri „ “. Čím dlhšie sa jedlá dusia, tým bude zelenina
mäkšia a mäso jemnejšie. Nezáleží na presnom počte minút.

Nastavenie stupňa dusenia
Pomocou otočného regulátora 5 môžete zvoliť štyri nastavenia:
Poloha Funkcia
prístroj je vypnutý
udržiavanie teploty (cca 60 – 75 °C)
nízka teplota dusenia (cca 80 – 90 °C)
vysoká teplota dusenia (cca 90 – 100 °C)
