Bageta s horčicou
1 bageta
1 strúčik cesnaku
50 g naložených uhoriek
40 g syru Pecorino
1 PL pikantnej horčice
2 PL sladkej horčice
50 g masla
2 PL nakrájanej pažítky
soľ, čierne korenie
Príprava
1) Bagetu narežeme priečne každé 2 3 centimetre, ale neprekrajujeme ju.
2) Olúpeme cesnak a roztlačíme ho, sterilizované uhorky nakrájame na drobné
kocky a nastrúhame syr Pecorino.
3) Zmiešame pikantnú a sladkú horčicu s mäkkým maslom, cesnakom, uhorka-
mi, syrom Pecorino a pažítkou a túto zmes ochutíme soľou a čiernym korením
4) Naplníme horčicové maslo do narezaných miest na bagete a zabalíme ju
do alobalu.
5) Bagety položíme na vyhrievaciu platňu predhriatu na rozsah stupňov
ohrevu 3/Max.
6) Pomocou bezpečnostného uzáveru nastavíme požadovaný odstup hornej
vyhrievacej platne azatvoríme kryt.
7) Bageta by mala byť zlatohnedá.

Kuracie/morčacie prsia
200 g kuracích/morčacích pŕs
trocha múky
Príprava
1) Na vyhrievaciu platňu dáme trocha oleja vhodného na pečenie aprístroj
nahrejeme na rozsah stupňov ohrevu 3.
2) 200 g kuracích/morčacích pŕs narežeme na plátky atrocha poprášime
múkou.
3) Pečieme na jednej strane približne 4minúty, potom otočíme, ľahko osolíme
adruhú stranu pečieme približne 4minúty.
