Poloha „kontaktný gril“
Mexický burger
900 g hovädzieho mletého mäsa
6 PL omáčky barbecue
6 PL jemne nakrájanej cibule
3 PL čerstvej alebo hotovej salsy
1/2 ČL práškového čili korenia:
4 veľké hamburgerové pečivá
Príprava
1) Voveľkej miske zmiešame mleté mäso, cibuľu, salsu, čili korenie aomáčku
barbecue.
2) Zmes mletého mäsa vyformujeme na 4 rovnako veľké časti v hrúbke 2 cm do
plátkov vo forme hamburgera.
3) Predhrejeme prístroj (rozsah stupňov ohrevu 3/Max).
4) Hamburger grilujeme na predhriatom prístroji 8 –10 min. vkontaktnej pozí-
cii. Následne servírujeme plátky vo forme hamburgera spolu s prísadami
a korením podľa vlastného výberu do hamburgerového pečiva.
Rumpsteak s omáčkou zo zelenej cibuľky a byliniek
500 g chudého rumpsteaku (po 125 g)
120 g margarínu
1 ČL worcestrovej omáčky
1 jemne nakrájaný strúčik cesnaku
4 PL jemne nakrájaného petržlenu
4 jemne nakrájané jarné cibuľky
Príprava
1) Vmalej miske zmiešame margarín aworcestrovú omáčku aprimiešame
cesnak, petržlen ajarné cibuľky.
2) Predhrejeme prístroj (stupeň ohrevu Max).
3) Steak grilujeme 3min. na stupni ohrevu Max.
4) Steak potrieme bylinkovou omáčkou sjarnou cibuľkou apečieme ďalšie
4min. vpočiatočnom rozsahu stupňov ohrevu 2.
